Research And Development Of High Strength Synthetic Fibers And Its Fabrics

Synthetic fiber is a kind of chemical fiber,which is made by spinning and drawing a linear polymer with suitable molecular weight and fusibility.High strength synthetic fiber is a kind of synthetic fiber with high strength,which is widely used in industry,military and other fields.In this paper,the two kinds of fibers are used as raw materials,for different purposes,high-strength fiber yarn is developed by optimization of technology,and the high-strength synthetic fiber fabric is developed by combination of impregnation technology.(1)In the production process of high strength polyester fiber,the effects of drawing process and heat setting process on the structure and properties of the fiber were studied.According to the needs of the final product,the balloon yarn,activation yarn and color spinning were developed.According to the process parameters such as elongation ratio,box temperature,maximum roll temperature,retraction value,winding speed and winding tension,the grey correlation analysis method is used to explore the correlation between each process parameter and yarn performance and quality,in which the elongation ratio has a greater impact on yarn breaking strength and the maximum roll temperature has a greater impact on yarn breaking elongation.(2)In the production process of high strength polyamide 66 fiber,the influence of box temperature,drawing multiple and heat setting temperature on the structure and properties of the fiber was discussed.The results show that the breaking strength,amino end content and dry heat shrinkage of high-strength polyamide 66 decrease with the increase of box temperature,and the breaking strength,amino end content,breaking elongation and dry heat shrinkage decrease with the increase of tensile ratio.(3)On the basis of the high strength fiber yarn developed above,combined with the impregnation process,and through product design,the impregnated synthetic fabrics and colored textile belts such as airbag bag,impregnated cord fabric and impregnated canvas are developed.Through the test of adhesive quantity,adhesive strength,fabric specification and other relevant indicators,the products are in line with the control requirements.
