Risk Analysis Of Safety Production Liability And Insurance Research In Mechanical Processing Industry

With the development of Chinese mechanical processing industry,it is not uncommon for mechanical processing enterprises to suffer from production safety accidents,and the risk of safety production liability is increasing.Although the mechanical processing industry does not belong to the 9 major industries that safety production liability insurance is enforced,it is planned to be supplemented to be one of the compulsory implementation industry of safety production liability insurance in many provinces due to the wide range of fields involved in the mechanical processing industry,the large number of enterprises,and frequent accidents.Therefore,the research on safety production liability insurance is of great significance in the mechanical processing industry.Firstly,the research background,research status at home and abroad,research purposes and significance were reviewed in this paper,and the related concepts of safety production liability insurance and the risk of mechanical processing industry were introduced.Secondly,the risks of mechanical processing enterprises from the perspective of human-object-environment-management were analyzed,and a risk evaluation index system was established with 20 indicators.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the weight of each indicators,a safety checklist(SCL)was established based on the weight of each indicators and the risk was divided into 5 levels to evaluate the risk level of the enterprise.In addition,the LEC was also used to evaluate the risk of personal injury and death in different types of work,and the risk level of each types of work was confirmed.The Vapor Cloud Explosion(VCE)model was established to calculate the casualty area after the explosion,and the liability limit of the safety insurance for production liability was confirmed.Then,based on the risk evaluation results,a more scientific and reasonable insurance plan would be given.Finally,an example was selected for application,risk assessments were conducted based on the actual situation of the enterprise,and the final insurance plan was obtained based on the results of risk assessment.
