In recent years,titanium and titanium alloy castings have developed rapidly in aviation,aerospace,navigation,weaponry equipment,chemical industry,medical equipment and other industries,and have played an important role in it.At present,the most widely used equipment for the casting of titanium and titanium alloys in China is the shell furnace,which is also a low voltage and high current load for the power supply.In order to meet the development of equipment manufacturing technology such as 2025 made in China and aerospace,weapon industry,etc.,based on a 1.5T condensing furnace system in China,a thyristor is used as the main power device in this paper to study a set of high stability DC furnace power supply system.According to the actual operating characteristics of the power supply,from the perspective of reducing harmonic pollution,this paper selects the 24 pulse dual anti-star in-phase antiparallel as the structure of the main circuit.The paper gives detailed calculations of the parameters of the main circuit components and completes the selection.Aiming at the selected main circuit topology,the paper analyzes the factors that affect the current sharing,and points out the measures to ensure the best current sharing effect.The control part of the power supply uses a fully digital,phase-adaptive trigger control board with DSP and CPLD as the core,which can complete tasks such as signal processing,trigger pulse generation,and closed-loop adjustment.The power supply has designed a variety of protection circuits to improve the reliability of the entire system.When an abnormal operation occurs,the pulse can be blocked in time and the main circuit can be broken.In order to achieve highly automated power management,the entire system uses Siemens PLC S7-200 as the core unit of the monitoring system,and Siemens touch screen TP400 C is used for output adjustment and alarm display.Finally,the current-sharing test,simulation and part of the debugging verification are carried out on the entire power supply.The results show that the power supply has the advantages of perfect protection function,convenient use,and small on-site debugging workload.
