Today,in the context of automation and intelligence,more and more companies are making innovations and reforms in this direction.Some of the complex problems in many enterprises are often unsolvable by manpower,which requires urgently equipped machines to solve these complex problems.For example,in industrial and mining enterprises,the ore mined in the mine is transported to the cone crusher through a conveyor belt.The cone crusher breaks the ore into different sizes of ore according to the customer's needs.During the process of crushing the ore to the cone crusher,there are often some metal objects or metal workpieces mined into the ore.Once such metal objects enter the cone crusher,it will cause serious damage to the machine.Such machines are quite expensive and costly to replace.Therefore,this paper proposes a metal detection system for the mine stone production line for this situation.First of all,the basic theory of metal detection is analyzed.It mainly includes the principle of electromagnetic induction,eddy current effect,magnetic permeability of metal,magnetic field analysis of balanced coil,oscillation and balance condition in sine wave oscillator.The original metal detection scheme used the magnetic sensor HMC1001,but when the actual detection was completed after the design was completed,it was found that the detection could be accurately performed without interference.Once in a complex environment,it cannot be effectively tested.Secondly,this paper proposes a metal detection system based on the principle of balance.Based on the principle of balance,the system designs a rectangular coil applied to the conveyor belt,adds GPRS module circuit to the hardware,realizes the database of metal detection data uploading cloud server and remote SMS query function.Signal detection algorithms are designed on the software to improve the accuracy of metal detection.Finally,the entire system is tested after the hardware circuit and software are designed.In the actual test,the conveyor belt can accurately detect different kinds of metal objects at a speed of 10-30m/min,and the detection accuracy can reach more than 95%.Metal probe data can also be received in the cloud server database.Therefore,the design performance of the whole system is relatively stable,with high detection sensitivity and accuracy,and can be applied to metal detection on the mine stone production line.
