In the era of Industry 4.0,the intelligent informationization of production process has become the trend of the times.The integration of equipment information and production information through the Internet of Things and the Internet,combined with big data and data mining technology to improve the value of information,thereby improving the efficiency of the entire production process and reducing the enterprise.The purpose of production cost,while the traditional industrial configuration software runs on the PC side,requires personnel to monitor in the industrial production site,and configuration software mobilization is the general trend.In this context,this paper proposes an Android-based editable data monitoring system to implement the mine stone production line APP.This topic analyzes the industrial monitoring system software and even exaggerates the development status of the entire Internet of Things,analyzes the existing products and user needs in the market,and determines the intelligent data monitoring system with the Android operating system as the core.Firstly,in view of the characteristics of industrial monitoring and complex scenes,an Android-based editable data monitoring system is proposed.The "editable" is reflected in the interface editable,function editable,and monitoring data editable.Secondly,in a specific monitoring scenario,human voice interaction is performed by means of speech synthesis and other technologies instead of traditional text display to improve the user experience.Finally,in order to improve the utilization rate and production efficiency of production data,statistical techniques is used to analyze various data,find the relationship and characteristics between the data,analyze the data showing the law and reflect the production under each time period.In this situation,users can monitor the equipment and production situation in the mine stone production line in real time through the Android-based mobile APP.After the custom data monitoring point is edited on the configuration page,real-time data monitoring tasks can be performed.By accessing the historical fault data page,the cause and time of the device failure are analyzed,and the probability and risk of equipment failure are reduced.Accessing the historical device data page allows the user to customize the data points and time points of the access.The system visualizes the data and presents it in the form of a graph.The user can visually understand the production status and equipment status during a certain period of time.At the end of the article,the system is graded and the system is tested to verify the system function and performance.The data is good,the functions are tested,and the system meets the expected design requirements.The system provides data support for improving the quality and safety of mine stone production line equipment and improving production efficiency,and lays a solid foundation for the informationization,refined management and product ecology of production.
