Asymmetric rolling has the advantages of good plate shape and high dimensional accuracy and low rolling force compared with symmetrical rolling.Due to the deformed contexture is different with conventional rolling,the recrystallization process in rolling-annealing was effected.The deformation parameters must be confirmed for getting Alloy recrystallization kinetic equation under asymmetric rolling according to Avrami equation,but it was so difficult to measure.The equations of equivalent strain,equivalent strain rate and shear angle have been built from the aspect of the theory in this paper.It is proved indirectly that the model fits well in Synchronous rolling and asymmetric rolling used Avrami equation through rolling-annealing experiment.And a static recrystallization kinetics model of Asynchronous rolling was constructed.The factors that influence equivalent strain and strain rate were discussed: the bigger different speed ratios,the bigger the equivalent strain,the bigger the equivalent strain rate with the same reduction rate.The recrystallization process of asymmetric rolling has been simulated with the key parameters in the model that has been established,through the method of Monte Carlo(MC).First,algorithm have been ensured and key hypothesis in the simulation has been made.And then programs have been written through Matlab,which is a numerical recipes software.Simulation images have been showed and required data has been counted.When different speed ratios equal to 1.4,the deformation was more serious and the grain was more slender from the simulation deformation organization of asymmetric rolling at the same roiling reductions.Nucleation,grain boundary migration,and deformation microstructure was replace to new grain was observe by simulating microstructure.it is response directly that the recrystallizaion evolution process of alloy after asymmetric rolling.A recrystallization kinetics curve was simulated according to the relation between simulation time and actual recrystallization time,and then was compared with experimental data to verify the accuracy of simulation.The results consistently confirm the different speed ratios has a promotion effect for recrystallization process.Finally,the microstructure of annealed samples was similar to the microstructure of computer simulation,which shows the accuracy of the simulation results.
