Chengchao Iron Mine of WISCO is a typical mine applying sublevel caving mining method.With the ore price changing and mining equipment constantly updating,it is necessary to adjust the Chengchao iron mine stope structure parameters at present to achieve the maximization of mine management efficiency and concentrate production.Due to the mining level unceasingly,at present has been extended to-500 meters,mining pressure has increased,the current problem which Chengchao Iron mine facing is how to select a reasonable economic security of stope.This thesis combines the actual conditions of Chengchao Iron Mine,the completed research work are as follows:Firstly,according to the actual situation of the mine,the latest intelligent algorithm is used to calculate the optimal cut-off grade and grade of ore drawing.Secondly,related researches are taken for Chengchao Iron Mine through theoretical analysis,laboratory simulation test and numerical simulation,advantages and disadvantages are discussed between stochastic medium drawing theory and the Bergmark-Roos equation which is the latest theory of ore drawing.At the same time,the height,shape and the equation of the releasing body were determined.Thirdly,draft eight different stope structure parameters according to the release form.Then,discuss the ore loss and dilution of different stope structure parameters according to Bergmark-Roos equation,and determine various stope structure parameters corresponding the evaluation indexes such as the recovery rate and waste mixed rate of mine through the similar simulation experiment in laboratory.Fourthly,by using these evaluation indicators and combing with economic and safety indicators,estable the mathematical model based on the AHP and TOPSIS,and optimize the economic and reasonable stope structure parameters.The results show that the reasonable cut-off grade of ore drawing should be 15.7%.According to the test and numerical simulation analysis,it is found that the Bergmark-Roos equation theory is more suitable for the simulation of the data points.Based on the analysis,the height,shape and the equation of the releasing body are determined.According to the ore drawing index of eight different structural parameters,combing with safety and economic indicators and using the mathematical model,it comes to conclusion that the optimal stope structure parameters are: 20 m * 23 m * 3.5m.The above research results can be used as a reference for the optimization of the structural parameters of the mine.
