Hot metal desulfurization is a modern steel industry to produce high quality steel the necessary means.Desulfurization tower is the iron and steel desulfurization essential metallurgical equipment,desulfurization tower safe operation is to determine the product quality and economic efficiency of the important factors.A steel plant desulfurization tower in the desulfurization and slag slag during the work of the platform frame there is a more serious vibration phenomenon,and the vibration amplitude.This vibration of the desulfurization tower will not only cause the structural stress to increase,but also affect the fatigue life of the desulfurization tower,and will cause great psychological pressure to the operator,thus affecting the efficiency and effect of molten iron desulfurization.Of the security risks.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the vibration performance of desulfurization tower for the safe production of molten iron desulfurization.In this thesis,the hot metal desulfurization tower platform as the research object,for the desulfurization tower platform through the spray gun sprayed magnesium powder hot metal desulfurization process of the phenomenon of large vibration,first through the field test to measure the important parts of the vibration signal and stress signals,Then the CAE simulation analysis technique was used to analyze the natural frequency and the natural vibration mode of the desulfurization tower platform,and the vibration frequency and the natural frequency were compared to analyze the causes of the vibration.The frequency response analysis of the desulfurization tower structure under the sinusoidal excitation random load is carried out to prepare the feasibility of quantitative analysis of the damping effect.Finally,two kinds of vibration reduction schemes are proposed according to the field test data and the simulation results of the original structure of the desulfurization tower,and the modal analysis and frequency response analysis of the vibration reduction scheme are carried out to verify the reliability of the vibration reduction scheme.
