Research On Income Distribution In Waste Incineration PPP Projects Base On Game Theory

The waste incineration-disposal can effectively alleviate the "garbage siege" phenomenon because of the advantages of fast processing speed,large processing capacity and large capacity.The Ministry of Finance(Finance [2016] No.90)of china require that the new waste incineration projects should to apply the PPP mode in order to accelerate the development of waste incineration industry.And waste incineration PPP projects has been rapid development in such background.However,the reasonable income distribution has become the key to the success of project cooperation because the interests of both public and private interests is different in the waste incineration PPP projects.First of all,this thesis analyzes the source and cost of waste incineration PPP project.Then,we analyze the main body of the participants,the principle and the influencing factors of the waste incineration PPP project on which base the characteristics and organizational structure of waste incineration PPP project.And allocation pattern and solution method of the income distribution are selected through comparative analysis.Then,we analyze the formation process and two equilibrium state in multi-stage game on which base the game theory.What's more,we establish the dynamic game model of incomplete information to obtain the Nash equilibrium solution,and introduce the incentive function to obtain the Pareto Optimality income distribution result based on Shapley method after analyzing the "prisoner's dilemma".Finally,the ratio of Pareto optimal income distribution between the public and private is calculated according to the actual case data.we can provide theoretical basis and reference for the income distribution between the public and private through the study of this thesis and improve the success rate of project cooperation,and then make a contribution to the healthy development of waste incineration industry in China.
