Study On The Construction Of Building Engineering Based On The Theory Of Accident Causes

Since the reform and opening up,the pace of urbanization in china has been accelerating.The construction industry has achieved vigorous development.It has created tremendous economic value and accommodated a large amount of labor force.It has become a pillar industry in China.While the construction industry is stimulating the growth of the national economy,the accident of safety production always has a series of negative effects.In particular,housing construction projects,in the event of a safety production accident,will cause serious damage and huge losses to people's lives and property,and will have adverse social impacts.The building engineering has the inherent characteristics of many personnel,many machines,long cycle and complex structure,which brings a series of management challenges to the safety management during the field construction.How to improve the safety management of building construction project,in order to strengthen the effectiveness of management,and to eliminate or reduce the occurrence of accidents,has been a direction of construction industry for many years to explore.This paper reviews the background,purpose,significance and value of the research on the improvement of safety management of building construction by consulting relevant domestic and foreign literature,and expounds five kinds of causal chain theory,such as causal chain theory of Heinrich accidents,gives us some valuable inspiration and experiences.At the same time,on the basis of analysis and elaboration,this paper investigates the status of safety management of housing construction project and the cognition degree of the employees to the accident causal chain theory by means of questionnaire survey,and then digs out the existing problems and causes.Then,based on the conclusion of research,combined with domestic and foreign research achievements and causal linkage theory,this paper studies the basic principle,general idea and concrete scheme of safety management of building construction project,puts forward the design of information analysis,judgment system of safety control elements,and analyzes the application,the feasibility,the practicability and effect of the improvement are studied empirically.The research results of this paper have certain theoretical value and practical significance for improving the safety management level of building construction in China.
