The improvement of people's quality of life is increasingly demanding functional textiles.The development of leisure and outdoor sports has promoted the development and application of functional fabrics.In response to the two major problems of mosquitoes and high temperatures that plague people's daily life and work in the summer,the paper proposes to develop anti-mosquito and cool multi-functional fabrics,which aim to reduce mosquito bites,block the spread of mosquito-borne diseases,and bring cool wearing experience to people in hot summer daysFirstly,from the aspect of weaving technology,based on the thermal conductivity index of fabric,the paper studied the effect of mica content of polyester fiber,weft density on the machine and fabric texture on the cooling function of the woven fabric The results show that the influencing factors are from large to small:weft density>fabric texture>fiber material,the best weaving process is:warp and weft yarn is made of 5%mica polyester fiber,warp density is 320 pieces/10cm,weft density is 400 pieces/10cm,plain weave,its thermal conductivity is 0.074W/(m·K),the same specifications of ordinary polyester fiber woven fabric,thermal conductivity of 0.064W/(m·K).Secondly,from the post-finishing technology,the paper optimizes the cool finishing process for ordinary plain woven fabrics and ordinary bird-eye knitted fabrics.The results show that the best cool finishing process for plain woven fabrics is:80g/L cool finishing agent,dried at 140? for 4min,and the thermal conductivity is 0.074 W/(m·K).The best finishing process for the bird's eye knitted fabric is:80 g/L cooling sensation agent,dried at 140? for 6 min,the thermal conductivity is 0.060W/(m·K).Thirdly,the paper carried out anti-mosquito treatment on the samples prepared by the cool fiber and the samples prepared by cool finishing.The 3 to 5 days old non-blooded adult Aedes albopictus was used as the experimental mosquito,and the mouse was innovatively used as mosquitos' sucking object,anti-mosquito bite rate and anti-mosquito finishing effect were respectively used to characterize the anti-mosquito function of the fabric and the anti-mosquito finishing effect of the fabric.The results showed that the cooling finishing agent contains menthol component and has a certain repellent effect on mosquitoes.The fabric after cooling finishing has a better anti-mosquito bite rate;the mosquito repellent effect of the anti-mosquito finishing on the ordinary polyester fabric and the cool fiber fabric is remarkable.In addition,the paper also carried out a water washing test on the cool fabric made of cool fiber and the cool functional fabric made by the cool finishing.The results show that the cool function of the woven fabric after washing is basically unchanged Researching the effects of anti-mosquito finishing on the cooling function of fabrics,as well as the effects of cool finishing and anti-mosquito finishing on fabric permeability and moisture permeability by experiments.The results showed that the effect of anti-mosquito finishing on the thermal conductivity of fabrics was negligible Cool finishing and anti-mosquito finishing have no significant effect on the breathability and moisture permeability of the experimental samples.Based on the conclusion of research,the paper puts forward two technical routes for developing anti-mosquito and cool multi-functional fabrics:one is to prepare the cool fiber fabric through anti-mosquito finishing;the other is to make the ordinary fiber fabric through the menthol-containing cool finishing agent.
