In view of the fact that China’s annual waste textile fiber production is huge and the effective recycling rate is low,this paper proposes a new method for recycling and recycling of waste textile fibers,thatis,by needle-punching the mechanically processed loose fibers.The blended nonwoven fabric is obtained,and then subjected to hot pressing and pre-treatment to obtain a relatively stable substrate,and the substrate is further coated with a polyamide wet coating to prepare a coating material with better performance,and finally the digital coating of the coating material is performed.Printing and processing,you get a color printing fabric with excellent performance and colorful colors.This subject has carried out a systematic study on the needle-punching process,coating finishing,and digital printing processing based on waste textile fibers,focusing on the preferred coating slurry formula and coating process parameters suitable for needle-punched substrates.In order to improve the recycling rate of waste textile fibers,extend the service life of waste textile fibers and develop non-woven fabrics,it provides a certain reference value and theoretical basis.The dissertation first studies the process of needle punched nonwovens for waste textile fibers.Using the waste textile fiber as the raw material,after feeding-opening-opening-and wool-carding-laying-net-pre-needling-main needling process,the weight is 84.2 g/m2 Non-woven fabrics with an average thickness of 8.57 mm and transverse and longitudinal breaking tensile strengths of 24.8 N and 74.5 N,respectively;in order to further improve the surface structure and mechanical properties of the substrate,the prepared substrates were pretreated by hot pressing.The effects of hot-pressing temperacure,time and pressure on the dimensional stability of the substrate,surface structure,breaking strength and coating processability were studied,and suitable hot pressing process parameters were obtained:hot pressing temperature of 210℃ and hot-pressing time of 3 min,hot pressing pressure is 12 MPa.Under the conditions of the hot-pressing process,the surface structure compactness and dimensional stability of the substrate,the porosity between fibers was reduced by 23.78%,the average pore diameter was reduced by 22.65%,and the transverse and longitudinal breaking strength was less The treatment has been significantly improved.Secondly,based on the waste fiber nonwoven fabric as the substrate,the coating slurry formula and coating process parameters suitable for the waste fiber nonwoven fabric substrate are studied in detail.By measuring the characteristics of adhesion,folding resistance,smoothness,gloss,whiteness,ink absorption,tensile strength at break,etc.,the types and amounts of coating agents,filler types and amounts in the coating slurry system were systematically studied.The influence of the amount of dispersant and cross-linking agent on the properties of the coating material has determined a more suitable coating slurry formulation:the nylon waste silk fully dissolved in the methanol-calcium chloride system is used as the coating agent and the coating agent The amount is 12.0 wt%;kaolin pigment is used as a filler,the relative amount is 1:3(coating agent amount:kaolin amount),the amount of dispersant CF-10 is 0.3 wt%,and the amount of cross-linking agent KH-550 is 0.3 wt%.Furthermore,the influence of the coating process on the properties of the coating material was studied,and the coating process parameters were determined:1 time for front undercoating,1 time for top coating,50 μm coating thickness,baking temperatureis150℃,and baking timeis3min.The experimental results show that the coating material prepared according to the above coating slurry formula and coating process has strong surface strength:the coating adhesion reaches 0 level,and the coating is repeatedly folded twice without cracks;Tensile stress and elongation are significantly increased,and smoothness,gloss,and whiteness are higherFinally,the surface of the coating material is printed by UV digital printing,and the surface structure and digital spraying of the coating are measured by measuring the K/S of the printed pattern,fastness to rubbing,fastness to washing,and sharpness of the pattern The correlation between printing performance has been studied in depth,the influence of UV curing power on the printing performance of coating materials has been discussed,and a more suitable UV curing power has been determined to be 50~70W.Experimental data shows that under this process condition,the spray pattern on the surface of the coating material has good rubbing color fastness,dry rubbing color fastness is 4-5,and wet rubbing color fastness is grade 3-4,washing fastness to grade 3-4,bright pattern color and clear edgesIn summary,this paper uses waste textile fibers to prepare nonwoven fabric substrates,and nylon waste yarns to prepare polyamide wet-coating pulp.A novel printing coating material based on waste textile fibers is researched and developed.It has positive significance for promoting the recycling of waste textiles.
