Digital textile printing is controlling the machine nozzle and ink to print pictures in fabrics.The color accuracy of digital textile printing has always been the main research content of color management in digital textile printing.Color management is mainly about solving the problem of color consistency of different equipment and different color space.In digital textile printing,it is mainly to make the color of the pattern printed on the fabric correspondence with the color displayed by the computer monitor and the main part is creating ICC Profile.This paper analysis the existing software process and discussed black point compensation and gray component substitution technique(GCR),it found the key problem affecting the color accuracy of digital textile printing is that the fabric can bear a limited amount of ink,however,the color mixture mode of existing ICC Profile will not improve color expression but increase the amount of ink.Therefore,the paper put forward a sample generation method based on partition and evaluated.Found in digital textile printing practice,gray gradient problem is difficult to deal with and the human eye is more sensitive to the change of gray,the paper analyzed the application conditions of black point compensation and applies this technique to digital textile printing,it is proposed that the use of black point compensation with relative colorimetric intention can improve the printing effect when printing darker images.It often use gray component substitution technique(GCR)to edit when the ICC Profile is generated,which is with more K ink instead of CMY ink color mixing part.In this paper,the experimental results show that it can improve the printing effect to a certain extent,save the amount of ink printing in a certain extent.Because in the six ink for printing,fabric can withstand a limited amount of ink.The color mixture model of ICC Profile now mix all the ink involved,while the amount of ink mixing too much makes the color complex and printing effect is not stable.Therefore,according to the color characteristics of digital textile printing,from the perspective of improving the printing effect and saving ink,the paper presents a new multi-channel color mixing model based on partitioning which is a new method of generating ICC profile.Thesample color data in multi-channel color mixing model based on partitioning is mixed by two colors adjacent of inks and the black ink,the printing effect will improved from some aspects when the less amount of the ink participated in mixing.This paper discussed the effect of this model from the aspects of objective evaluation and subjective evaluation.By doing experiments,we proved that the printing effect of multi-channel color mixing model based on partitioning is more stable and the color saturation is better.Moreover,it will save the amount of ink about 30%when holding the printing quality,reduce the cost of production greatly.
