| Due to the scarcity of resources and people’s awareness of sustainable development,recycling of waste materials has attracted much attention in recent years.Our country,a major textile and garment producer as well as a major textile and garment consumer,has a huge demand of the textile raw materials.Do the recycling of waste textile,can not only help ease the tight supply situation of raw materials of the textile indtustry,but also save energy and achieve sustainable development.In order to find out the current situation of recycling and application of waste textile,the survey was firstly conducted between ten recycling sites and six recycling enterprises,as well as some interviews to two professional recycling agencies.It found that domestic waste textile recycling classification processing are disordered,operation processes have potential health and safety hazard,renewable textiles are lack of quality control.In accordance with the above cases,based on the study of domestic and foreign waste textile recycling system and process,a waste textile and garment classification system was established combined with the current recycling status.To promote recycling orderly and reduce health security,the research standardized some behavior from four respects,recycling sites,operating personnel,recovery environment and recycling process.In order to understand the quality of renewable textile,the renewable wool textiles were chosen as experiment subjects to analyze and compared from fiber and fabric two aspects.The research found that it is mainly individual operators to be engaged in the recycling of waste textile and the scale is small,while the amount of professional recycling enterprises is less.The main recycling waste textile objects are cotton,wool and polyester fabrics,and the main recycling method is physical method.The types of recycling textiles are few and the recycling production has low added value.What’s more,the labels of renewable production are not detailed enough,recycling classification processing are disordered and operation processes have potential health and safety hazard.In accordance with the situation that recycling classification processing are disordered,a waste textile and clothing classification system was established in the research.In the system,waste textile was sorted by source,recycling level,fabric composition and color,and the classification principles were refined.To analyze the feasibility of the classification system,the survey chose some experts of recycling sites in Shanghai to find out their attitude to the system and the problems in implementation process.To standardize the recycling process and reduce health security,the research integrating with practice and manufacturing parameters,standardized the process from four respects.The recycling sites were established by its basic design attributes,operating personnel need basic occupational qualities,recovery environment must be innoxious and recycling processing based on the practice was optimized.To analyze the damage of wool fiber,which reused from waste wooden,some groups of reused wool fibers and raw wool fibers were chosen as required,as well as a series of different wool amount of renewable wool textiles and raw wool textiles.The results showed that the average fiber diameter of reused wool fibers are basically the same with the ordinary raw wool fibers.The fiber length of reused wool fibers are lost about 75%and the single fiber strength are lost about 20%to 30%compared with the raw wool fiber.The injury degree of mechanical properties are reduced with the increase of wool fiber content,but when the wool fiber content exceed 60%,it will be flat.The wear resistance of renewable wool textile is damaged about 20%,the fuzzes and piling property has also damaged,but not obvious as the mechanical properties. |
