Tailai County,Heilongjiang Province,is located in the arid and semi-arid area of Songnen Plain,with a shortage of water resources.Taihu National Wetland Park is located in the east of the city.Taihu Lake has always been the receiving water for domestic sewage and industrial wastewater in Tailai County,with poor water environment quality.Through the ecological monitoring and evaluation of the water environment of Taihu Lake National Wetland Park,this study provides theoretical basis for the ecological restoration of Taihu Lake water environment,and formulates the feasible scheme of ecological water replenishment of Taihu Lake.In summer 2019,12 sampling points of Taihu National Wetland Park were monitored for plankton and physical and chemical indicators.There are 41 species and varieties of phytoplankton in 6 genera,of which 22 species belong to Chlorophyta,accounting for 53.66%;11 species belong to diatom,accounting for 26.83%;4 species belong to Cyanophyta,accounting for 9.76%;2 species belong to gymnophya,accounting for 4.88%;1 species belong to Chrysophyta,1 species belong to cryptophylum,accounting for 2.44%each,52 species belong to zooplankton,of which 10 species belong to 7 genera,accounting for 19.23%of the total zooplankton;26 species belong to 14 genera,accounting for 50.00%5 genera and 9 species of Cladocera,accounting for 17.31%,5 genera and 7 species of Copepoda,accounting for 13.46%.According to Shannon Weaver index and Pielou evenness index,the water quality of Taihu Lake is evaluated.The results show that the water environment quality of Taihu Lake National Wetland Park is basically in the state of medium pollution and heavy pollution.According to the surface water quality standard,the water quality of Taihu Lake is basically in class V water quality.In order to improve the water quality of Taihu Lake and meet the ecological water demand of Taihu Lake National Wetland Park,according to the only water source of Taihu Lake-Urban "renewable water" resources,this study developed the ecological restoration plan of"renewable water" resources.The step-by-step decontamination mechanism is adopted,that is,the urban reclaimed water is injected into the reasonable utilization area of Wetland Park,and after three to four steps of ecological restoration in the reasonable utilization area,the urban "reclaimed water" is injected into Taihu National Wetland Park after ecological restoration.It not only solves the water shortage problem of Taihu Lake wetland,but also improves the water quality of Taihu Lake Wetland Park.
