Pipeline transportation is an important mode of oil transportation.The consumption cost of oil pipeline system mainly comes from the power cost of pressurization and the thermal cost of heating.The production and operation plan affects the consumption cost of each station along the pipeline directly.In this case,it is of great significance for energy conservation and consumption reduction to carry out optimization operation research on oil pipeline system.In this paper,according to the actual situation of the pipeline system for outward transportation,selected the accurate hydraulic and thermal calculation model,established the mathematical model of pipeline system optimization with the lowest total consumption cost as the goal.Used the two-layer nesting method for calculation,the dynamic programming method for the outer layer to solve the optimal pump opening scheme,mode search method for the inner layer to solve the optimal outlet oil temperature.And enumeration method for calculating the monthly optimization of oil transportation task.On the premise of calculating the optimal average transportation capacity,the schemes of different transportation capacity and different oil transportation days are listed and their consumption calculated individually.The scheme with lowest energy consumption cost is selected as the optimal monthly operation scheme.On the basis of the above mentioned solution method,using Visual Basic 6.0 platform,the best-optimized operation software of pipeline system is developed.The software composes of equipment information display module,oil physical parameter calculation module,pump characteristic parameter regression module,operation optimization module,monthly transmission optimization module,help module,etc.The software can assist oilfield staff in management and operation.Based on optimization software,the optimized operation scheme,as opposed to the original scheme,achieves the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.The optimization software also verifies the accuracy of the optimized operation scheme.According to the optimized scheme of monthly distribution,more energy saving can be achieved through the combination of different transportation gradients and transportation timelines.
