River ecological corridors can provide a variety of ecological service functions,especially in regulating urban and rural climates,maintaining regional water security,protecting biodiversity,and providing people with leisure and entertainment.They have played an important role.However,in rapidly urbanized and industrialized areas,the constituent elements and complete structures of river corridor systems are often greatly damaged,leading to the degradation or loss of their multiple functions.The restoration and construction of damaged river ecological corridors to re-use the major ecological,economic and social benefits has become an urgent need for sustainable development in various regions.This paper took the Xiaofu River as an example to carry out research on the ecological construction and effective management of river corridor systems in high-intensity human interference areas.The main progress and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the 2018 high-resolution remote sensing image data and field survey data,through the construction of an index system,the structure and function of the Xiaofu River Corridor System were diagnosed.For different sections of rivers flowing through urban industrial and residential areas(Haihui section),rural agricultural areas(Huinan section),urban suburbs(Nanliu section)and central urban area(Liubo section),according to the structural elements and the evaluation of the functional indicators,the structural elements of the ecological corridor in the Nanliu section were relatively complete and the structure was relatively complete,and its functional indicators were also good,followed by the Huinan section.The structural indicators of the Haihui and Liubo reaches were poor,indicating that their structural integrity was severely impaired and various functional indicators were also poor.(2)Through the analysis of the land use buffer on both sides(150 meters)of the four river sections,it was concluded that the proportion of construction land on both sides of the river channel in the Haihui and Liubo sections was very high,and the ecological land such as forestland grassland and water bodies was insufficient,and the vegetation belt was seriously lacking,suitable for artificial mitigation mode to construct river ecological corridor;the proportion of construction land,farmland and forest and grassland on both sides of the river channel in Huinan section was equal,suitable for constructing river ecological corridor near natural mode;There was a high proportion of ecological land(forest grassland and water bodies)on the side,which was suitable for constructing river ecological corridors in wetland landscape mode.(3)According to the analysis of the current situation of the river sections in the study area,the corresponding management strategy of the Xiaofu River ecological corridor was proposed:(1)Increase or widen the vegetation zone on both sides of the river channel to improve the structural integrity of the corridor system;(2)Reduce the intensity of human interference and prevent excessive artificialization of river corridors;(3)Reduce endogenous and exogenous pollution stress and enhance the self-purification ability of water body;(4)Improve the supervision mechanism to improve the effectiveness of management.
