With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,information technology is gradually leading the industrialization and industrialization of China's revolution,as the main economic pillar of China's manufacturing industry is undergoing enormous changes.Among them,the production and design of the cold rolling mill production and manufacturing execution system(MES)is one of the most obvious examples of China's traditional manufacturing industry.In the background of domestic and foreign enterprises overall technology and information technology,through in-depth analysis of the actual production situation of Shougang and system requirements,Shougang cold rolling factory manufacturing execution system finally established(MES)is welcomed.The system covers the production,logistics,inventory management,quality,and many other content of work roll,transportation,quality,hot rolling MES system to form a strong support,and greatly improve the work efficiency and Shougang cold rolling mill production execution rate,ensure the production quality of Shougang cold rolling plant,the production of cold rolling mill more standardized and refinedIn this paper,combined with the current status of Shougang production and the system requirements of ERP system,mainly from the following aspects of the design and implementation of Shougang cold rolled MES system to carry out in-depth analysis and detailed research.(1)Through the research and comparison of the development status of MES at home and abroad,the scope of implementation of the system in the process of Shougang production,transportation,inventory management and so on is defined,and the necessity and existence value of MES in the construction process of Shougang is elaborated(2)The development of MES system in steel industry is discussed in detail.The technical features of MES system are described in terms of planning management,dynamic scheduling,real-time processing,technical guidance,quality control and material tracking And the system needs of the hardware requirements.(3)Based on the requirements of cold rolling plant for material management,roller management,operation plan management,equipment management,storage management,transportation management and cost management,the functional requirements of MES system were analyzed and studied.The hardware and equipment requirements of the system are analyzed from two aspects:server design requirements and network design requirements.At the same time,the non-functional requirements of performance,safety measures,security and other systems are analyzed.(4)The functional modules of the cold rolling MES system of Shougang are studied in detail,including material management,roller management,operation plan management,equipment management,storage management,transportation management and cost management.The improvement measures are put forward based on the problems and shortcomings of the system.(5)By optimizing the sampling group rules,the influence of the unclear definition of sampling group rules,obvious artificial decision-making factors,the concept of sampling group,and the confusion of processing logic on the sampling process in cold rolling quality inspection are eliminated.Then improve the accuracy of the quality inspection results of the output steel coil in the whole cold rolling plant,improve the quality of the product,and reduce the occurrence of quality obj ections.
