Research On Cost Management Of LA Environmental Comprehensive Treatment Project Of HT Corporation

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,urban environmental protection and environmental optimization have become a current focus of the new city.The treatment of urban water pollution is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,and it is the key measure to curb environmental pollution and ecological deterioration.In the implementation of urban environmental governance project,the quality of project cost management is not only related to the smooth completion of the project,but also related to the final livelihood benefits of the project.However,the experience and technology of urban environmental governance in China are relatively weak,and there are few researches on cost control.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to make rational use of project cost control and management technology in environmental protection projects,which can not only achieve the goal of cost control,but also achieve the established social and people's livelihood benefits.In the implementation process of environmental governance projects,how to manage project cost by using the project cost estimation,cost budgeting and cost control theory and method is an important aspect to ensure that projects achieve effective social and economic benefits within the cost range.Normally,to ensure that the projects undertaken can be guaranteed,guaranteed,efficient,and economically accomplished,we need to make a reasonable project cost estimation,project cost budget and project cost control plan and to save project construction expenses based on the rich business knowledge and project experience based on the contractor's project managers.Based on the LA environment comprehensive control project and the theory of project cost management,this paper estimates the cost of the project according to the actual situation as follows:(1)The background and characteristics of the LA environmental comprehensive management project of HT Company have been introduced and analyzed(2)The cost estimation of the project is carried out according to the plan and composition of the LA environmental comprehensive management project.(3)According to the work breakdown of the LA environmental comprehensive management project and the specific project progress,the cost budget of the project is formulated,and the budget is decomposed.(4)By using the earned value method to track and analyze the cost of project implementation,this paper summarizes the cost of the project implementation phase,and draws the cost control measures and methods of the project,so as to maximize the economic and social benefits.Through the comprehensive management of LA project of HT company cost estimation,cost budget and cost control,we get the perfect project cost management process,and designed to meet the practical project cost estimation,budget and control model.It has a strong theoretical and innovative and has played a good role in guiding the practical application.Through this research,we can provide rich experience for HT company to do cost management when dealing with similar projects later.At the same time,it will play a positive role in cost estimation,budget and control for similar enterprises and similar projects.
