There are many types of product defects in bearing steel.Various defects,especially inclusions and pores,seriously damage the continuity of the metal and directly affect the quality and service life of the product.How to evaluate the inclusion content,inclusion size and inclusion level in bearing steel more accurately and conveniently becomes a problem to be studied.Inclusion content,inclusion level and purity value in bearing steel can all pass through high water immersion.Frequency ultrasonic testing or high power microscope to achieve.The water immersion detection system has high detection capability for various types of defects.Generally,the information of large particle inclusions in bearing steel is evaluated according to the SEP1927-2010 standard,and the information such as the position and size of the inclusions can be accurately determined,thereby accurately determining the large The defect position of the particle inclusions,and the sampling is located to find the inclusions.Therefore,this paper takes the bearing steel produced by Beiman Special Steel as the research object,and detects the position,size and contentof inclusions by ACIS-03 type water immersion high-frequency ultrasonic,combined with high-magnification microstructure analysis,scanning electron microscope energy spectrum analysis and mechanics.Performance testing methods are used to detect the morphology,microstructure and fatigue life of inclusions in bearing steel products.The hardness performance test is used to determine the influence of inclusion content on hardness performance and the relationship between them,so as to propose preventive measures for improving inclusions.Accumulate the necessary reference data for actual large production to ensure the feasibility of product application.The research results show that the use of water immersion ultrasonic detection system to detect inclusions in bearing steel has certain advantages and important significance,which can make up for the gap between the two methods of ultrasonic inspection and high-power inspection in the detection ability of inclusions.A gap in the ability of steel to detect large particle inclusions.This work determines the influence of inclusions on mechanical properties,effectively promotes the implementation of inclusion detection methods,and provides a strong basis for the actual production process of Beiman Special Steel Bearing Steel,ensuring the smooth progress of the company's key projects for bearing steel.
