Research On Cross-regional Distribution Mode Of Cigarette Logistics In Guizhou Province

As one of the important economic pillar industries in China,logistics occupies an important position in the development of tobacco industry.Cigarette logistics distribution is a signification part of the tobacco industry,especially refers to the end of the tobacco supply chain,which is the final link of cigarette marketing and logistics services.Influenced by the tobacco monopoly system and restricted by administrative divisions,cigarette marketing has become a major problem in the optimization of cigarette logistics distribution.The cross-regional distribution of cigarette logistics has been implemented in some parts of China,and Guizhou province has begun to explore the cross-regional distribution mode of cigarette logistics suitable for the actual situation of the province.The implementation of crossregional distribution can break the restrictions of administrative divisions,optimize distribution routes,integrate distribution resources,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Firstly,this paper reviews the logistics research theory,combines with the cigarette marketing monopoly system,takes the cigarette logistics and distribution of Guizhou province as the research object,on the basis of the full investigation of the cigarette logistics distribution center of Guizhou province,combines the theory with the practice,then designs the cross-regional distribution model of the cigarette logistics in Guizhou province;Secondly,it puts forward the mode of strategic alliance for the cigarette logistics distribution center in Guizhou province,establishes a unified logistics distribution management center,and re-plans the scope of cigarette distribution,to achieve cross-regional distribution;Finally,through the case analysis of cross regional distribution,the effectiveness and practicability of cross regional distribution of cigarette logistics are confirmed by using the grey correlation analysis method,which provides a choice of mode for cross-regional distribution of cigarette logistics in Guizhou Province.
