With the rapid development of national economy in recent years,the application of automatic logistics equipment is more and more wide-spread,especially in the tobacco industry,which has the highest logistics automized rate comparing with other industries.The reason is the demand of tobacco industry and its strong economic strength.But now the common problem in this industry is paying too much attention on hardware facilities investment and ignoring the optimization about system resource redistribution.In this dissertation,the optimization of location assignment of the automatic cigarette sorting&picking system in the open bidding project of Z City cigarette logistics distribution center in July 2019 is studied.Firstly,EIQ-ABC analysis method is used to analyze the order data in 2018,and to decide which 100 kinds of cigarette can be put into the automatic cigarette sorting&picking system,then the preliminary location allocation plan is given.Combined with the product shipment analysis and item moving distance in the system,the mathematical model is established,and the discrete differential evolution algorithm is used to solve the model and gives the improved location assignment plan.Finally,the AutoMod is used to verify the improved plan,furthermore,this simulation model can realize the whole processes including picking,combing,replenishing,etc.Order data is also imported to fully verify how the system is carried out.This dissertation is a successful attempt to apply the theoretical method to the practical problems and solve them.The analysis handling on the data level can make the system optimize zero cost.The improvement cycle of "analysisoptimization-verification-analysis" is expected to provide a reference for the logistics planners in the designing or improvement work.
