At present,with the development of economy and the progress of human society,environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent.Environmental pollution not only affects people's daily lives,but also has a serious impact on physical and mental health.The economic development of resource-based cities has long faced the problems of high energy consumption,high pollution,and high emissions.At the same time,the main responsibility for ecological construction and environmental governance of resource-based cities is not in place,resulting in the increasingly intensified conflict between the ecological environment of resource-based cities and regional economic growth Therefore,the sustainable development of resource-based cities is currently a hot issue that urgently needs to be resolved.Northeast China's important old industrial base area,since the founding of the country,has made important contributions to the development of the country,but in recent years,the economic development of Northeast China has lagged behind.An important measure is to carry out industrial transformation and upgrading.To this end,this paper mainly selects typical resource-based cities that are closely related to environmental issues in Northeast China as the research object,and analyzes the characteristics of environmental evolution and its main influencing factors during the industrial transformation of energy-based cities.In order to provide reference for decision-making for sustainable development planning of energy-based cities.This article analyzes energy-based cities in Northeast China based on data from2006-2018,and mainly conducts research from the following aspects: First,entropy method is used to empower the level of environmental pollution and industrial transformation,and then to the level of environmental pollution and industry The transformation degree system is constructed;the second is to use co-integration test and Granger causality analysis to clarify the causal relationship between the environmental pollution level of energy-based cities and the degree of industrial transformation;the third is to use quantile regression model analysis to clarify the difference between different driving factors The impact of environmental pollution level;Fourth,the use of quadrant graph coupling analysis to clarify the coordination status of the industrial transformation degree and environmental pollution level of energy-based cities in Northeast China in different periods,with a view to timely adjustment of relatively lagging factors to achieve energy-based city industrial transformation and environmental development Synergetic progress provides a theoretical basis for the industrial transformation of energy-based cities in the Northeast region and the coordinated and sustainable development of the environment.The results of the study show that:(1)From 2005 to 2017,the overall degree of industrial transformation of energy-based cities showed a slow growth first,then a decrease,and finally a gradual increase.From the evolution of the transformation speedand time pattern,it can be seen that Panjin City,Liaoyuan City,and Shuangyashan City have been transformed The speed fluctuates greatly,but Panjin City and Shuangyashan City are mostly in a positive growth state,while Liaoyuan City has a large negative growth state.The transformation speed of other energy-based cities is relatively stable.The speed of industrial transformation in Panjin City,Qitaihe City,and Shuangyashan City High,with annual average growth rates of 8.9%,8.2%,and 8.7%,respectively,and Liaoyuan City with a low of 2%.The degree of industrial transformation in other cities is moderate,and the rate of industrial transformation is relatively medium,with an average annual growth rate of about 4.9%;From 2005 to 2017,the overall environmental pollution level of energy-based cities decreased first,then increased,and finally decreased,and reached the lowest value in the past two years from 2016 to 2017.Among them,the environmental pollution levels of Fushun and Daqing were relatively high.High,but the annual average growth rate of Fushun and Daqing is negative,and the rate is relatively large,indicating that in these two energy-based cities,environmental pollution The level shows a trend of annual average decrease,and the decrease rate is relatively high,-5.6% and-9.1% respectively;the environmental pollution level of Panjin City and Liaoyuan City is relatively low,but the average annual growth rate is positive,respectively 9.3%,4.3%,indicating that although the environmental pollution level in Panjin City and Liaoyuan City has decreased year by year in recent years,the increase in the value of the previous environmental pollution level is far greater than that in recent years;the environmental pollution level in other cities is relatively moderate,and the annual growth rate is relatively high Medium speed and other environmental indicators are changing in time and space.The temporal pattern of industrial sulfur dioxide emissions,except for individual cities,shows a trend of decreasing year by year.In space,Fuxin City,Fushun City,and Daqing City are mostly in areas with high sulfur dioxide emissions;industry The overall discharge of wastewater has a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.In space,Daqing has always been in a high-emission area,while Liaoyuan City,Songyuan City,and Qitaihe City have always been in low-emission areas;industrial smoke(dust)dust emissions The trend of falling-rising-falling in time,Fushun has always been in a high-emission area,while Liaoyuan It has been in a low-emission region.(2)At 10%,there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the environmental pollution level of Hegang City,Qitaihe City,Liaoyuan City,and Songyuan City and the degree of industrial transformation.At the same time,at 5% level,Hegang City,Qitaihe City The increase in the degree of transformation in cities and Liaoyuan is the reason for the increase in the level of environmental pollution,and the increase in the level of environmental pollution is not the reason for the increase in the degree of transformation;the increase in the level of environmental pollution in Songyuan City is the reason for the increase in the degree of transformation,and the increase in the degree of transformation is not Reasons for the increase in environmental pollution levels;at 10% level,there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the environmental pollution levels of Shuangya Mountain,Qitaihe City,Liaoyuan City,Songyuan City,and Panjin City andthe speed of industrial transformation,while at the 5% level,The increase in the speed of industrial transformation in Qitaihe City is the reason for the increase in the level of environmental pollution.The increase in the level of environmental pollution in Songyuan City is the reason for the increase in the speed of industrial transformation,and the increase in the speed of industrial transformation in Liaoyuan City is the reason for the increase in the level of environmental pollution.The increase in the level of environmental pollution is also the reason for the increased speed of industrial transformation.(3)In the low quantile,the improvement of the transformation degree can inhibit the development of the environmental pollution level,the impact coefficient is-0.18,while in the high quantile,the improvement of the transformation degree promotes the growth of the environmental pollution level,the impact coefficient is 0.31,The impact of the transformation speed on the comprehensive environmental pollution level is positive in the low quantile and negative in the middle and high quantiles,but the effect is not significant;the degree of transformation has an inhibitory effect on the discharge of industrial wastewater,and is in the middle and low scoring The impact is significant at the time;the impact of the degree of transformation and the speed of transformation on industrial sulfur dioxide emissions and industrial smoke and dust emissions are not significant.(4)Further clarify the coordinated changes between the degree of industrial transformation of energy-based cities and the level of environmental pollution.The degree of coupling coordination shows that: in the state of imbalance in2006-2017,Fushun,Liaoyuan,Jixi,and Daqing are mainly in the ?environment-transition The same increase in dysregulation type,other cities are mainly in the ? environment increase-transformation reduction dysregulation type;in the process of industrial transformation of energy-based cities in Northeast China from2014 to 2017,most of them are in a more coordinated state with environmental pollution levels,and most energy-based cities are in ?Environment reduction-transformation increase coordination type.
