| High aluminosilicate glass is light and high strength,and has excellent mechanical,electrical and optical properties.It is the preferred material for touch screen cover glass at present.The chemical stability and mechanical strength of glass are largely determined by the surface condition of glass.With the continuous development of chemical processing technology of modern special glass in China,improving glass properties through surface treatment and modification has become one of the research hotspots.In this project,the chemical etching method is used to etch the high alumina silicon glass,and the surface treatment technology is combined to enhance the performance of the glass,so as to realize the thinness and functionalization of the high alumina silicon glass.The experiments mainly explore the chemical thinning and strengthening process,anti glare and anti reverse etching process for high alumina silicon glass.In the first part of this project,the high alumina silicon glass was chemically etched and thinned,and then the mechanical strength of the sample was improved by ion exchange strengthening and PDMS film coating.The experiment is divided into three steps:(1)After6 h etching,the weight of high alumina silicon glass substrate is reduced to 1/10,the thickness is reduced to 0.07±0.002 mm,and the bending strength of the sample is 81.56MPa,which is basically the same as that of the glass before thinning;(2)The results show that the optimum temperature for ion exchange strengthening is 390℃and the optimum exchange time is 3 h.After treatment,the CS and DOL of the sample are 800.25 MPa and25.058μm,respectively.The hardness of the sample increases to 898.3 kg/mm2,which is53%higher than that before strengthening,and the bending strength increases to 416.52 MPa,which is 5.1 times higher than that before strengthening;(3)The results show that the optimal spin coating speed of PDMS precursor is 1000 r/min,the film thickness is 31.97μm,and the bending strength is 1167.26 MPa,which is 2.8 times of the sample before coating.In the experiment,the combination of ion exchange enhancement and PDMS film preparation can effectively enhance the mechanical properties of high aluminum ultra-thin glass,and the bending strength has been greatly improved,from 81.56 MPa to 1167.26 MPa..In the second part of this project,the optimized anti-glare etching solution formula is NH4HF2:KHF2:C6H8O7:(NH4)2SO4:Ti O2:C6H14O6=20:3:15:4:5:20 by orthogonal test method.Etching liquid cause frosting etching on the glass surface,combined with the microscopic test methods such as SEM,EDS,AFM,to determine the surface formed micron grade corrosion pits,constructs the light trap structure,mirror reflection on the surface can be converted to diffuse reflection,and determine the best etching time for 30 min,transmittance of the sample is slightly increased to 91.99%,haze,gloss and roughness are meet the requirement of anti-glare glass industry standard. |
