| In coal preparation production,the enterprise configures a filter press unit to recycle the slime water produced by the washing process,which is an important means to reduce sewage discharge and increase output.Due to the limited volume of the slime water buffer tank and the long operating cycle of the filter press,it is necessary to cooperate with the filter press unit to ensure smooth and continuous treatment of the slime water in the buffer tank.However,these filter presses can only be operated automatically in a single machine,coupled with the constraints of the inlet arrangement of each filter press and the limited carrying capacity of the scraper conveyor.Post workers need to integrate the actual production factors such as the operating status of each filter press manually.The coordinated and coordinated operation of the control equipment requires high control and concentration of post workers,making it difficult to ensure reliable and stable production of filter press units.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes a method to manage the operation of multiple pressure filters with the management terminal as the core.Connect the management terminal to the CAN bus of the filter press,receive the operation status of each equipment through the CAN bus,synthesize its operation status,liquid level height,start priority,feed port position,discharge status and other information,and get the management decision by the management algorithm.In order to avoid the instability of decision results caused by the fluctuation of variables,a decision calculation algorithm with a certain buffer interval is derived to solve the volatility of management decision results.The management terminal sends the decision results to the control unit through CAN bus,so as to realize the collaborative management function of the filter press.The management terminal is equipped with LCD touch screen to display the liquid level,operation data and decision results of the pressure filter unit,and the user can change the operation parameters of the equipment and view the historical operation data of the equipment through LCD.A 100 M Ethernet interface is configured,which can be used to realize the remote monitoring function of the pressure filter unit.Practical application shows that after the management terminal is connected to the CAN bus of the filter press unit,it can display the raw material liquid level in theslime water buffer pool in real time,and realizes the automatic management of the start and stop of the filter press unit according to the configuration requirements,and the cooperation of the feed and discharge of the filter press unit.Realized remote monitoring on PC and mobile phones.The introduction of the management terminal has reduced the labor intensity of post workers and improved the overall operating efficiency of the filter press unit.The paper has 33 pictures,11 tables,and 61 references. |
