Slurry water treatment is an important production process in coal preparation plants.Slurry recovery and reuse can not only increase the economic efficiency of coal preparation plants,but also reduce the damage to the ecosystem.It is significant for the overall coal preparation plant's production efficiency and closed water cycle.There are 9 APN18S6 filter presses in the filter press plant of Sihe Coal Preparation Plant.They are completely operated by manual operation.The degree of automation is low and the labor intensity of workers is high.At the same time,the whole workshop equipment does not establish a unified remote monitoring platform,and the information transmission is delayed.In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes the APN18S6 filter press as the research object,realizes the automation,unmanned and intelligent production of the entire workshop,and establishes a unified intelligent mobile terminal remote monitoring platform.In order to study the influence of the three feeding methods of the filter press on the pressure filtration process,it provides a theoretical basis for the selection and design of filter presses.The paper establishes the simulation model of the filter press chamber in the Fluent of ANSYS Workbench,and simulates the flow of the industrial filter parameters of the filter press of the coal preparation plant.In order to simulate the filter effect of filter cake in the formation process of coal slurry,this paper adopts the concept of “Calculus” to divide the filter room into 10 layers.When the layer of filter cake is formed into a filter layer,it is set as a porous medium,and according to the different proportions of coal slurry with different particle sizes in the middle and both sides of the filter chamber,the filter layers in the middle and both sides of the filter chamber are set to have different porosity.In order to realize the automatic control of the filter press,the paper revises and optimizes the control part of the filter press according to the work process and the current status of the workshop filter press.This article uses the AB Micro850 type PLC as the filter press controller,the touch screen adopts MCGS,other hardware equipments adopt the original equipment.The paper writes the control program according to the work process of the filter press closing,feeding,pressure filtration,air replacement,unloading cake,etc.At the same time,according to the actual situation,the control part is improved,and the automatic control such as cyclic unloading cake and secondary closing is added.Based on the automatic control,the paper designed the group control system of the entire workshop equipment.By adding a liquid level sensor on the slime drum to automatically add the slime water in the slime drum and controlling the start and stop of the bottom flow pump through the bottom flow concentration,the scraper conveyor,underflow pump and valve of the entire workshop pass through the workshop large PLC Logix5561 control.Based on this,the paper designs the communication between the replaced filter press controller and Micro850 and Logix5561.By reading the working status,the automatic cooperative control of the scraper conveyor,the filter press,the slime drum,the bottom flow pump,and the filter aid adding device in the filter press is realized.Based on the whole automatic collaborative control in the workshop,the dissertation designed a smart mobile terminal remote monitoring system based on the intelligent gateway and cloud platform.After the controller wirelessly transmits information through the smart gateway,and through the cloud platform configuration and the external network,enterprise personnel can remotely access the pressure filter workshop monitoring platform through the smart mobile terminal anytime,anywhere to realize remote monitoring of the equipment and timely understanding.The simulation results show that it is easy to form a uniform cake with the upper feed,and the speed of the cake is fast.When the middle or lower feed is used,the flow rate of the coal slurry in the lower part of the filter chamber is larger than the upper part,which is not conducive to the formation of filter cake.After the system is in operation,it can reduce the number of fixed operating positions,saving more cost.At the same time,it can reduce the labor intensity of workers,realize the automation and unmanned production of the entire workshop,and improve the production and management efficiency of the workshop.The enterprise personnel can remotely monitor the production process at any time and anywhere via a PC or smart mobile terminal,which has an important impact on the automation and information construction of the entire coal preparation plant.
