| Construction safety accidents seriously affect the healthy development of the construction industry and social harmony and stability.Relevant departments have taken active measures to curb the occurrence of safety accidents, but failed to effectively improve the safety situation.Research shows that the main cause of building safety accidents is unsafe behavior. At present, the research on unsafe behavior of construction workers is mainly based on the perspective of individuals and organizations, but less on the behavioral transmission from the perspective of groups. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current construction safety situation and existing problems, this paper discusses the influencing factors and propagation rules of unsafe behavior of construction workers from the perspective of group, and seeks for targeted governance strategies. The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows: firstly, the author summarizes the behavior characteristics of construction workers through the field survey and interview, designs the questionnaire and conducts the field survey, and then USES SPSS software to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data of main influencing factors and intervention strategies.Secondly, the transmission path hypothesis model was constructed,AMOS software was used to carry out confirmatory factor analysis on the hypothesis path model, and the final transmission path model and intervention strategy model were obtained through fitting and correction. Then,MATLAB software was used to build the infectious disease simulation model of transmission path and intervention strategy, analyze and compare the influence degree of each parameter change on transmission, and put forward the corresponding governance strategy at each stage according to the obtained transmission law. Finally, from the three aspects of construction workers’ group external, group internal, and group transmission path, the author proposes targeted intervention strategies. The propagation path model shows that the informal group elements have a significant positive impact on the formal group elements, thus affecting the safety awareness and motivation of individuals, and finally affecting the choice of safety behaviors. The intervention mechanism model shows that safety atmosphere building, safety punishment implementation and safety training are effective measures for construction safety management, which can promote the effectiveness of group communication, guide the positive group appeal, and enhance the choice of safety behavior.During the spread of unsafe behaviors, the changes of effective infection rate, cure rate and direct immunity rate affect the transmission process.Three kinds of interventions can effectively reduce the infection rate, improve the cure rate and enhance immunity rate, and safety punishment is the most direct and effective intervention under the same conditions. This study analyzes the influencing factors of construction workers’ conformity unsafe behaviors from the group perspective, constructs the propagation path model and intervention mechanism model of unsafe behaviors, summarizes the propagation rules through dynamic simulation analysis, and proposes targeted intervention strategies, which have theoretical guidance and practical significance for building safety management. |
