Research On Forming Mechanism Of Miners’ Unsafe Behaviors And Its Dual Effects

The most mine safety accidents caused by human factors. In order to reveal the microscopic formating mechanism of miner’s unsafe behaviors and govern unsafe behaviors, the theoretical model of DARF is constructed based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB) and perfect the theoretical model through the empirical studies including the formatting mechanism, intergenerational effects and moderating effects. Through which the theoretical model is perfected and some suggestions are forwarded from the angle of management.The theory model was constructed based on TPB through the comparison of TPB and HAPA.Considering. the results of previous studies and combined with the actual mine production practice,seven initial hypothesis on integration theory were put forward and determined the theoretical model of DARF.The questionnaire of miner’s unsafe behavior according to the theoretical model was designed.Participants were 468 miners, and they completed the questionnaire. Three aspects on the miners’unsafe behavior theory model were tested based on the analysis of the validity of questionnaire and the method of structural equation model.Firstly,the miner’s unsafe behavior theory model was tested by empirical study. The results show that other assumptions are part of or all obtained the empirical research support in addition to "the expected results have positive influence "has not been verified through the verification and analysis of the seven initial hypothesis,so that the theoretical model can completely explain the process and regulation of miner’s unsafe behavior. Secondly,based on the forming mechanism model of miners’unsafe behaviors,the dual effects of which were studied.The theoretical model of inter-generational effects(the new generational miner’s unsafe behaviors)was tested.The samples were divided into groups according to age (35 years old) and the method of multiple group analysis was used to compare different generational miner’s unsafe behaviors centering on the above theoretical model. The results show that the influence on behavior intention that the new generation of miner’s unsafe behavioral attitude is low compared with the other miners and the mediating effect of responding plan is low and risk perception and subjective norm can directly affect the unsafe behavior intention.The regulation effect of theoretical model(mine safety supervision) was tested.Modifying the theory model by increasing the "safety supervision" adjusting variable and testing the moderating effect by using the method of estimation of the latent variable parameter constraints. Demonstrating a adulatory effect of safety supervision that has nonlinear characteristics and synthesizing two kinds of effect of enhancement and interference. The safety supervision effect curve was obtained and propose that managers should pay attention to safety supervision and incentive measures not a strict system and severe punishment.Based on above theoretical and empirical analysis, the formating mechanism of miner’s unsafe behaviors is inducted DARR mechanism(that is dynamic mechanism of behavior intention(D),that is the action mechanism of responding plan(A),that is restriction mechanism of self efficiency(R)and that is feedback mechanism of subjective norm (F))and its dual effects. Then some suggestions are forwarded from the angle of management.
