Through the analysis of a large number of construction industry accidents,80%of accidents are caused by human unsafe behaviors,and habitual unsafe behaviors are the main factors causing accidents.Therefore,it is urgent to study the role of construction workers' habitual unsafe behaviors,and then propose preventive measures for construction workers' habitual unsafe behaviors.Firstly,through the construction site investigation and interview,the main behavior characteristics of construction workers are obtained,and then the core influencing factors and intervention strategies of the habitual unsafe behavior of construction workers are obtained,and 400 mechanisms for the influence of habitual unsafe behavior of construction workers are distributed.The questionnaire collected340 questionnaires and 267 valid questionnaires.Secondly,from the static point of view,based on the effective questionnaire data,the hypothesis model and intervention mechanism hypothesis model of the habitual unsafe behavior of construction workers are constructed,and the hypothesis mechanism model is analyzed by AMOS software.The fitting correction is performed,and finally the modified behavioral mechanism model is obtained.The mechanism model shows that the influencing factors of construction workers have a large positive impact on each other,and the impact strength is greater than 0.6.The unsafe mentality and safety ability have positive effects on unsafe behavior.The intervention mechanism model shows that safety culture,safety atmosphere,safety education and training have a significant impact on safety values,and safety education and training and safety atmosphere have an impact on unsafe psychology.Then,using Vensim software to construct a system dynamics simulation model of habitual unsafe behavior intervention,and compare and analyze the effects of different influencing factors and intervention strategies on unsafe behavior.The results show that during the implementation of the intervention strategy,the safety value level and safety ability level of construction workers are significantly improved.The unsafe psychological level,unsafe physiological level and unsafebehavior level are in the form of parabola that rises first and then falls.Construction workers are not habitual.The safety behavior has been effectively adjusted;the results of simulation comparison analysis show that the improvement of safety and safety values ??of construction workers and the construction of corporate safety culture are important measures to reduce habitual unsafe behavior.Finally,based on the system dynamics simulation model of habitual unsafe behavior intervention,intervention measures are proposed from the individual level of construction workers and the management level of enterprise organization.In short,the mechanism,intervention mechanism and intervention strategy of the construction workers' habitual unsafe behaviors in this paper have theoretical and practical significance for preventing unsafe behavior of construction workers.
