The fine-grained scheelite has a small particle size, and it is difficult to float into the concentrate during the conventional flotation process, and the scheelite is often symbiotic with calcium-bearing gangue minerals.Difficulty in separation and separation makes it difficult to effectively recover fine-grained scheelite. In this paper, through the flotation test, contact angle test,Zeta potential analysis, adsorption capacity test and infrared spectrum analysis and other research methods were used to investigate the separation behavior of fine-grained scheelite and calcareous gangue minerals, and to determine the flotation of fine-grained scheelite. The measures and their mechanism have laid a theoretical foundation for the effective separation of fine-grained scheelite and calcium-bearing gangue, and the research results are as follows:In the sodium oleate flotation system,it is difficult to achieve mineral flotation separation only by adjusting the pH and the amount of collector. The polymer inhibitor carboxylated chitosan, sodium alginate, gum arabic and pectin can achieve the flotation separation of coarse-grained scheelite and calcareous gangue minerals,However, the fine-grained scheelite has reduced the difference in recovery rate between the fine-grained scheelite and calcium-bearing gangue minerals due to the finer particle size, indicating that fine particle size is one of the reasons why fine-grained scheelite is difficult to float.Under the action of polymer inhibitors,Pb2+and ultrasonic treatment of sodium oleate make the difference in recovery rate between fine-grained scheelite and calcium-bearing gangue minerals expand, enhancing the flotation separation of fine-grained scheelite and calcium-bearing gangue minerals. In the separation of artificial mixed ore, carboxylated chitosan are used as inhibitors, and Pb2+and ultrasonic treatment of sodium oleate can improve various flotation indicators of concentrates. The contact angle test,Zeta potential analysis, adsorption capacity test and infrared spectrum analysis show that the addition of Pb2+can generate lead hydroxide precipitation on the surface of scheelite, which promotes the adsorption of sodium oleate on the surface of scheelite without affecting the sodium oleate.Adsorption of calcium-containing gangue surface;Ultrasonic treatment of sodium oleate promotes the dissociation of ions in the solution, increases the concentration of oleate ions, and strengthens the adsorption of sodium oleate on the surface of scheelite and calcareous gangue minerals;Sodium oleate is chemically adsorbed on the surface of scheelite and calcareous gangue minerals. The polymer inhibitor carboxylated chitosan, sodium alginate and arabic gum are adsorbed on the surface of scheelite by hydrogen bonding, while the adsorption on the surface of calcium gangue is chelated with Ca2+.Cooperative use can consume a large amount of Ca2+site of sodium oleate on the surface of calcium-containing gangue, hindering the adsorption of sodium oleate on the surface of calcium-containing gangue minerals, but less adsorption on the surface of scheelite, and the surface of scheelite There is still enough Ca2+to become the chemical site of sodium oleate,Therefore,Ultrasonic treatment of sodium oleate and polymer inhibitors work together to enhance the adsorption of sodium oleate on the surface of scheelite, without affecting the adsorption of sodium oleate on the surface of calcium-containing gangue, which eventually leads to the floatability of scheelite and calcium-containing gangue Sexual differences.
