Scheelite flotation separation of gangue minerals and calcium has been a hot mineral processing research workers,the difficulty lies in the nature of mineral crystals similar physical chemical properties,flotation mutual interference between each other,and may be floating close,which requires the strengthening of the calcium-selective inhibition of gangue minerals.Study the mechanism of different macromolecular organic inhibitors dialogue tungsten ore,fluorite and calcite flotation rejection and with the aid of a single paper between mineral flotation tests,and zeta potential,IR,contact angle surface testing technology,systems the main contents are as follows:Single mineral flotation tests,the effects of sodium humic acid,polyacrylamide,sodium polyacrylate,carboxymethyl cellulose,tannins and other macromolecules organic inhibitors white tungsten ore,fluorite and calcite flotation behavior,at the same time also we studied the effect of two typical inorganic inhibitors white tungsten ore,fluorite and calcite flotation behavior.Macromolecular organic inhibitors and two typical inorganic inhibitors white tungsten ore,fluorite and calcite flotation ability to selectively inhibit the order: sodium humic acid> Carboxymethyl Cellulose> hexametaphosphate> tannic> Sodium Silicate > Sodium polyacrylate> polyacrylamide.Pulp under different temperature conditions,the effect of sodium humic acid on three flotation results showed that 27? than 15? is more conducive to the selective inhibition of humic acid sodium;also studied Fe3+,Ca2+,K+ three Effect of humic acid sodium white tungsten ore,fluorite and calcite flotation species inevitably ions,the results showed that Fe3+,Ca2+,K+ three humic acid sodium ions can enhance immunity.Also we studied the sodium dialogue tungsten ore,fluorite influence of different pH adjusting agent when humic acid and calcite flotation results showed that with sodium hydroxide to adjust pH more favorable for the separation of tungsten ore and gangue of calcium.Scheelite,fluorite and calcite before and after the drug effect infrared spectra show that: and the role of humic acid sodium,the scheelite surface no new peak,indicating that no chemical adsorption of humic acid sodium scheelite occurs in surface;fluorite and calcite surface have both been carboxylate(COO_)antisymmetric vibrations peaks and symmetric vibration absorption,shows that humic acid sodium in both mineral surface chemical adsorption occurred.Dynamic potential study showed that: the impact of humic acid sodium white tungsten ore surface potentialis small and the surface potential of the fluorite and calcite are large negative shift extent.In both inhibitors,mineral surface potential negative shift extent and the order are: fluorite> Calcite>scheelite,which is consistent with the behavior of mineral flotation.Contact angle measurement showed that: When sodium humic acid as an inhibitor,can significantly improve the surface contact angle difference of three mineral size.In dealing with a Yunnan coarse scheelite ore concentrator,the first off-treatment with activated carbon and sodium humic acid and water glass were used as inhibitors of crude ore selection,After a rough three fine of closed circuit,when the inhibitor is sodium silicate obtained when the concentrate containing WO332.23%,WO3 recovery rate of 71.67%;when the inhibitor is sodium humic acid,obtained concentrate containing WO3 35.45%,WO3 recovery rate of 74.06%.
