To solve the problem of scheelite and gangue minerals calcium difficult to separate, the vast majority of researchers currently mainly for collectors and inhibitor studies. However, due to the flotation condition or drug cost constraints, a single flotation process failed to meet the requirements of industrial applications. With the transformation and innovation beneficiation process, a lot of physical adjustment method and flotation combine to form the new technology, and better than a single flotation process, which for the scheelite and calcium gangue minerals to achieve a better separation conditions at room temperature possible. For scheelite, fluorite and calcite three minerals, respectively, under normal conditions, ultrasonic treatment and microwave treatment conditions were three single mineral and artificial mixed mineral flotation test behavioral tests, and mineral flotation mechanism is analyzed.The single mineral experimental results showed that:(1) Ultrasonic Pretreatment: The amount of sodium silicate 1g/L, the scheelite recoveries raised to 85%, calcite and fluorite recoveries were down 60% and 9%.(2) Microwave Pretreatment: Add water glass discovered scheelite flotation gangue minerals and calcium increases after the first difference becomes smaller.(3) Comparison of Two Pretreatment: Under conditions of low water glass dosage, microwave pretreatment pulp and gangue mineral scheelite flotation recovery of the difference between the maximum amount of water glass 0.5g/L, with 35% fluorite with up to 25% calcite; water glass at high dosage condition, ultrasonic pretreatment agents biggest difference flotation recovery, water glass dosage 1.0g/L, with 79% fluorite with calcite up to 25%.The artificial mixed mineral experimental results showed that: ultrasonic pretreatment agents, for different types of gangue scheelite, grade and recovery of scheelite have a certain degree of improvement, the recovery of which calcite scheelite highest, reaching 83.86 %.Conductivity test results showed an increase in the microwave and ultrasonic promote drug molecules ionize number of ions in solution, minerals and pharmaceutical collision probability increases, strengthened mineral flotation. According to TDS measurement results, after ultrasound and microwave treatment, TDS value becomes larger, ultrasonic vibration to promote the dissolution of minerals. Chemical adsorption tests showed that ultrasonic treatment chemicals and process pulp under microwave conditions, a significant increase in the mineral surface adsorption of the three, and enhance the role of agents with mineral surfaces.
