In this paper,the relevant theories and structures are defined,related principles and methods are sorted and summarized by combing the relevant theories of the early construction of the comprehensive management of the green belt around the city and the coal mining subsidence area.First of all,in terms of constructing the green belt around the city,based on the basic data of the current status of the research scope,the spatial model method was used to make an ecological sensitivity assessment of the research site,and based on this,the environmental protection was defined in conjunction with the higher-level planning and the protection requirements for basic farmland and coal mine protection areas.Urban green belt planning scope;on the basis of clear planning scope,according to the planning target positioning,superior planning and research area status,follow the planning principle of the urban green belt to make a reasonable overall plan for the urban green belt of Jining.Secondly,in the comprehensive management of coal mining subsidence area,the domestic and foreign relevant research and practice projects are summarized and summarized,and the ecological management principles of coal mining subsidence area and the existing ecological restoration technology are summarized.Based on the specific conditions of the research scope,the research The regional coal mining subsidence area is predicted and pretreated,and ecological restoration technologies such as land reclamation,construction of constructed wetlands and coal gangue mountain ecological restoration are reasonably applied in the study area according to local conditions.Eventually,the purpose of the study area is to build a green belt around the city and comprehensively manage the coal mining subsidence area,while optimizing the ecological pattern of Jining City.Finally,taking the design of Shaokang Lake Wetland Park,an important ecological node inthe green belt around the city as an example,to undertake positioning in the planning structure of the green belt around the city,follow the governance principles of coal mining subsidence area,mainly to construct artificial wetlands combined with land reclamation,The method of dumping coal gangue hills is to treat the coal mining subsidence area predicted in the site,and to place recreational recreation and agricultural and fishing social and economic functions in the site.Improve the site's ecological environment while improving the site's service function in the city.The application of the above theoretical results in practice will provide a certain reference for the planning and design of other ecological nodes in the green belt around the city and the comprehensive treatment of other coal mining subsidence areas.
