With the rapid development of national economy and socialist construction,the sharply increasing demand for energy and energy exploitation has lead to destruction and occupation of a lot of land. At the same time,the population of China has surged in numbers,and cultivated lands per capita have decreased gradually,as a result,the contradictions between people and land are become increasing acute. Therefore,in addition to"cherish and conserve every inch of land",the implementation of land reclamation and ecological reconstruction in Mine Area have been paid more attention by relevant department of governments at all levels even entire society,and put them on the agenda.In this paper,take Lu'an Mining Area as the study area. Based on comprehensive analysis of relevant factors such as natural conditions, resources and environment, and socio-economy and so on,those in this study area;I did four focal points of the work as the following. First,analyzed existing major ecological and environmental problems of Mine area , and conducted the study of regionalization of the ecological and environmental situation on land system;then,mainly integrated and optimized six kinds of models for ecological reconstruction for study area on the basis of collection of ecological recovery and technology in our country and abroad;Secondly,combined these two tasks above,implemented a variety of models for ecological reconstruction in mine area into space of mine area,so that reclamation measures be more visually,efficient and more targeted; at last,took Wangzhuang Coal Mine as a typical example for empirical analysis. The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, according to environmental pressure situation model which constructed by this paper, using spatial analysis module of ArcGIS9.3, the entire mining area was divided into ecological conservation zone, brown soil sparse woods of low mountain coal reserve zone, cinnamon soil hilly shrub coal production area, moist soil basin agricultural soil coal main production area and so on four main regions (nine sub-districts).Secondly, optimized and integrated six categories twenty species ecological restoration models, which suitable for stable subsidence area, potential or dynamic subsidence area, coal gangue, waste land, environmental pollution and home service area and so on in Lu'an Mining Area.Thirdly, it is proved that economic benefits, social and ecological benefits of three-dimensional planting/breeding model are good by empirical research on Wangzhuang Coal Mine.
