Honeycomb structure is a kind of lightweight and multifunctional porous solid material,which has a wide range of applications and great development potential.Chiral honeycomb structure is a new type of honeycomb structure developed in recent years.The Poisson's ratio of chiral honeycomb structure can be negative,and different negative Poisson's ratio can be achieved.By optimizing the parameters,the chiral honeycomb structure can achieve deformable.The contents and main conclusions are as follows:(1)Numerical simulation of the tensile load in the chiral structure plane of the six ligament was carried out by using ABAQUS software,according to the structural stress nephogram generated by the software simulation,the stress and strain distribution of the structure under different tensile loads in the same structural parameter plane was analyzed.(2)By ABAQUS software,the calculation of three ligament chiral structure in-plane equivalent elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio and equivalent plane-plane equivalent shear modulus,and compared with the test results,verify the rationality of finite element model.The influence of dimensionless geometric parameters on in-plane equivalent elastic modulus,in plane equivalent Poisson's ratio and out of plane shear modulus is studied.(3)For medium and low frequencies,based on the finite element model validation by using ANSYS software,the band structure of chiral structure of three ligaments was studied.Analysis of the change of geometric parameters,gradient node radius variation metamaterial inclusion obtained and adding a structure of flexure hinge impact on the band gap distribution.
