The concept of sustainable development has put forward new requirements for bamboo plastic composites,and the completely biodegradable PLA matrix has gradually replaced the traditional non-biodegradable plastic matrix as the future development trend.However,bamboo powder/poly(lactic acid)(BF/PLA)composite material will produce a large amount of static electricity in the process of production and use,so its production conditions and application range are greatly limited.Therefore,improving the antistatic performance of BF/PLA composite material is also a means to increase the added value of bamboo plastic composite material.In this paper,the composite prepared by modified bamboo powder with polypyrrole conductive polymer has the capability of anti-static,and can enhance the mechanical properties and hydrophobic properties of the composite.According to the test,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The results show that the antistatic ability of BF / PLA composite can be enhanced by the modification of polypyrrole.When the addition of polypyrrole is 0.1 mol / L,the BF / PLA composite reaches the dust-proof level;when the polypyrrole content is 0.4 mol / L,the composite reaches the antistatic level.After adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,the antistatic ability of the composite can be further improved.(2)The results show that the mechanical properties of BF / PLA composites are significantly improved by the modification of polypyrrole.When the addition of polypyrrole is 0.1 mol / L,the mechanical properties of the composites reach the optimal value,with the flexural strength of 93.23 MPa,the tensile strength of 35.61 MPa,and the impact toughness of 8.85 k J / m2.SEM analysis shows that polypyrrole can improve the interfacial compatibility between bamboo fiber and PLA matrix.(3)Both polypyrrole modification and polypyrrole doped SDBS can improve the hydrophobic properties of BF / PLA composites.The contact angle test shows that the contact angle of the composites increases significantly after adding polypyrrole.
