Hydroxy guar ring means that the hydrogen on the guar ring methylene?waist top?is replaced by a hydroxyl group.At this time,the hydroxyl group on the waist is not only easier to pass through the polar port and various types of guest The molecules are assembled into a new assembly,and the hydroxyl group as a polar group can also increase the solubility of the melon ring;the hydroxyl group also has an electron donating group,which makes the hydroxyl melon ring easier to interact with the electron withdrawing group than other melon rings.Group or metal ion interaction,which can form a multi-dimensional multi-layer supramolecular self-assembly.1.The full hydroxyl five-membered melon ring synthesized by oxidation method is characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance technology and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis,and then the metal cation and inorganic anion are selected to investigate the supramolecular self-assembly under different pH conditions.As a result,a new assembly of full hydroxyl five-membered melon ring with Cd2+,K+,Rb+,Ca2+,Cs+,phosphotungstic acid was obtained.2.The synthesized full hydroxy six-membered melon ring is characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance technology,single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis,infrared analysis spectrum and XRD;based on the full hydroxy six-membered melon ring,the H2SO4 and HNO3 and sulfuric acid are used as solvents to add supermolecular self-assembly under the condition of 1,8-octanediamine.The self-assembly with 4different stacking structures and the host-guest self-assembly with 2 different stacking structures are obtained.3.Different six-membered substituted melon rings Me6Q[3,3],?OH?3Me6Q[3,3],TMeQ[6]and trans-4-[4-?dimethylamino?styryl]-1-The role of host-guest of pyridinium iodide?t-DSMI?,using nuclear magnetic and fluorescence to determine the ratio of 1:1,due to fluorescence enhancement can be used as a metal probe to identify lanthanide metal cations,using fluorescence analysis spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance technology analysis methods The mode of action of this probe and metal La3+,the result is that metal La3+and the guest are competing,so the fluorescence is quenched.
