As the country attaches importance to coal mine safety work, the coal mine safety situation has gradually improved, but due to the lagging damage of dust, dust occupational hazards are often overlooked by coal mine managers for a long time.On the other hand, because the quantitative value of coal mine dust hazards and dust control situation cannot be determined, the workers' awareness of self-protection is weak, and the use of personal protective equipment is not standardized, the problem of coal workers' pneumoconiosis is more and more serious, which has significantly retarded the development of "healthy China".Therefore,it is necessary to study the quantitative model of dust occupational hazards and the evaluation model of dust control effect for the dust control work of the coal mine itself and the coal mine supervision organization. In this paper,a quantitative model of dust occupational hazards and evaluation model of prevention and control effect are established from two aspects of coal mine itself and supervision organization.First of all, according to the actual situation of the site,a dust detection scheme was designed, the dust sampling points of the detection range were determined, and field detection was performed.Secondly, the inhalation health risk assessment model was used to analyze the sample data, the disability-adjusted life year(DALY)value was used to quantify the harm of dust to workers, the probability hazard quantification model was established by combining Monte-carlo method.Based on the analysis of sensibility, the four factors of the dust concentration(C),exposure duration(ED),average exposure time(AT)and exposure frequency(EF)have significant influence on the evaluation of dust health hazards. At the same time, the Delphi method was used to construct the evaluation index system of dust control, which is composed of 6 criteria level indexes and 24 scheme level indexes. The weight of the indexes was determined by AHP.Combined with the gray correlation analysis method and referring to the results of dust quantification, the regional coal mine dust control effect evaluation model based on AHP-gray correlation analysis was established.Through the application evaluation of the dust data measured in Yanghupan coal mine and the dust control effect of five coal mines in Shenmu city,Northern Shaanxi Province, the results show that the workers in the fully-mechanized longwall mining face of Yanghupan coal mine are the most affected by dust, which is consistent with the actual situation and the DALY value of workers is 2.92 × 10-2 a.The results of quantification can provide help for the formulation of coal mine subsidy policy and the improvement of workers' self-protection awareness. The evaluation results of the evaluation model of the regional coal mine dust control effect can provide guidance for the coal mine dust control work and the supervision of the coal mine supervision organization, which may reduce the occurrence of pneumoconiosis and change the current situation of occupational diseases.
