Underground coal The main transportation system of the underground coal mine is an important part of the underground transportation system,and its main task is the transportation of raw coal.The production efficiency of the mine largely depends on the system performance of the main transportation system.System reliability is a manifestation of system performance.The reliability of the main transportation system of the mine directly affects the mine's production capacity and the economic benefits of coal mine enterprises.Therefore,the research on the reliability of the main transportation system in coal mines has important practical significance.Taking the underground coal mine main transportation system as the research object,aiming at the characteristics of complexity,continuity and repairability of the underground coal mine main transportation system,in the system reliability theory,stochastic Petri net(SPN)theory,and complex system reliability m odeling methods On the basis of theoretical research,a method for constructing hierarchical reliability model of underground main transportation system based on SPN is proposed.Taking the X underground coal mine main transportation system as an example,the stochastic Petri net hierarchical reliability modeling method is used to construct the X coal mine face transportation,roadway transportation,main inclined shaft transportation and overall system SPN reliability model.According to the isomorphism of stochastic Petri net and finite Markov chain,the reliability analysis of the SPN model of single face is carried out.The analytical formula of the reliability of the single face system is obtained,which verifies the reliability analysis of this method.In terms of feasibility.Finally,using the PIPE4.3.0 simulation software,the SPN models of the three major subsystems were simulated and analyzed,and the corresponding SPN model reachable identification map,Markov state transition matrix and system reliability values of the three major subsystems were obtained.On this basis,the system availability of the main transportation system of X Coal Mine is calculated.After simulation,the weak link of the main belt in the second lane of the roadway is identified,which reduces the system link of the main transportation system of X Coal Mine and reduces the system failure Rate,which improves the system reliability of the main transportation system.The innovation of this paper lies in the application of the stochastic Petri net theory in the computer field to the reliability research of the main transportation system in the coal mine.The SPN model constructed by it has both a visual graphic depicting the static structure of the system and a rigorous logical relationship description system In the end,the Markov process and system simulation technology can be well combined to achieve the relevant performance evaluation of the system.In addition,this paper combines stochastic Petri net theory,reliability theory,and hierarchical modeling method,and proposes specific method steps suitable for reliability research of coal mine transportation systems,which provides a new method for the reliability research of complex repairable systems.Ideas and methods.
