The reliability level of mine ventilation system have a direct impact on safetyproduction and management.Through the reliability analysis of mine ventilation system,it notonly can calculate the overall reliability of ventilation system but also can find out theweaknesses affecting the whole reliability of system.In order to make the evaluation resultmore reasonable,accurate and intuitive,this paper re-establish index system of reliabilityevaluation of mine ventilation system the model of evaluation method starting from thedefinition of reliability based on the comprehensive analysis of the advantages anddisadvantages of various evalustion methods.Meanwhile,for the convenience of modelapplication in practice,the paper have developed a software about reliability evaluation ofmine ventilation system by using MATLAB script,and applying it to the actual mine.The main contents of this paper include:⑴Introduced the research status ofreliability theory in ralated and mine ventilation fields at home and abroad and made aspecific analysis from index system and evaluation method of reliability evaluation on mineventilation system.⑵Aiming at the confusion of concept and uncertain of evaluationscope,the paper analysised their differences from the concept of security,stability,reliabilityand optimizaiton and redefined the reliability of mine ventilation system combined with thetheory of reliability engineering.⑶According to the definition of reliability of ventilationsystem,the ventilation system can be divided into five parts starting from internal causes andexternal manifestations of reliability of ventilation system,including the structure ofventilation network,ventilation power,ventilation environment and safety monitoring andmade indexes selection for each part.In this process,the paper screened evaluation indexes that do not meet the evaluation criteria and merger indexes with stronger correlation by drawingon the relevant national standards and the existing index system.In addition,this paper alsodefined the effective degree of main fun and constructed index system of reliability evaluationincluding fifteen indexes.⑷Combined with the national standard,the paper quantified theindexes.Besides,it redefined the quantitative process of some indexes in order to make thequantitative value of these indexes is close to the actual mine ventilationsystem.Finally,classified these indexes according to the type of very large,very small andinterval and determined the optimal value respectively.⑸Because of complex evaluationprocess,subjective evaluation method and determining the index weight artificially,the paperestablished a mathematical model including three levels based on PCA,GRA,and LVQ neuralnetwork.⑹Based on the mathematical model and limited samples,this paper made aemulational experiment on reliability research of mine ventilation system and developed asoftware of reliability evaluation with GUI tools of MATLAB.⑺Based on the resistancemeasurement,it make a reliability evaluation of mine ventilation system to Li Jia Yao mineusing the mathematical model of having trained.Research shows that:⑴It has differences and connections amongreliability,security,stability and optimization for the ventilation system and each has itsspecific meaning,so it can not be confused in the practical application.⑵These reliabilityevaluation indexes that are selected according to the definition of reliability is morecomplete,comprehensive,reliable and they can reflect the actual reliability of mine ventilationsystem overall.⑶The mathematic model has the advantages of simplestructure,objective,accurate and easy to computer programming.⑷When applying themodel to Li Jia Yao mine,results show that its ventilation system is reliable,besides greyralational graph generated automatically can also find out the weaknesses that affect thereliability of mine ventilation system.⑸In this paper,the selected samples still exist someproblems both in quantity and distribution. In ddition, difficulty to collect a large number ofsamples also have an adverse effect on the wide application of the evaluation model.
