Recently,the situation of China's mine safety production continues to improve.However,serious accidents still occurr,and the safety situation remains grim.With the establishment of the Ministry of Emergency Management in 2018,the emergency rescue system is improving.As one of the important part of the national emergency rescue force,the mine rescue crew plays an important role in the mine emergency rescue.In order to promote the further informatization construction of the group and solve the daily supervision difficulties caused by its scattered station,an emergency rescue management system of the mine rescue crew is designed,building a unified platform that can serve the crew in various regions and realize remote supervision,information sharing,unified command and emergency coordination.The emergency rescue management system adopts B/S architecture and realizes the separation of front and back ends.This paper using technology of microservice architecture,cloud computing,system framework,etc,designs and implements the back-end of the emergency rescue management system,and completes the construction of the database and the implementation of the functional logic.The back-end system is deployed on the cloud server,adopts JFinal as framework,improves the response through EhCache,and integrates Swagger to realize the online generation and visualization of the RESTful interface document.Meanwhile,the back-end system uses MySQL to store and manage data,implements database clustering through MySQL ProxySQL middleware to improve performance.The back-end of emergency management system of the mine rescue crew combins with the idea of micro-service architecture,containing model of personal,basic configuration,system management,rescue team management,equipment and material management,drill and training management,emergency duty,rescue plan management,plan management,data management and office automation.Also,it adopts RBAC authority management model for permission configuration.For various needs of paper training records'management which in tabular form in the sub-module of training management in the drill and training model,OpenCV picture processing technology combined with the form recognition OCR is adopted to realize the automatic recognition of the training record table.In addition,the key function points also include the management of equipment and materials,the automatic generation of accident rescue plans based on semantic similarity,and the management of documents and watermarks,etc.After the development,using Swagger and JMeter to test the interface function and the system performance.Test results show that the system works well and has achieved the desired function.Meanwhile,according to the staff size of shennan rescue crew,setting the concurrent use of the system around 300,the average response time is about 100 milliseconds.setting to repeat 300 and 500 times under the same condition,the request failure rate is 0.The system realizes the safety supervise and the daily training management before the accident,the alarm and the disposal plan when the accident occurrs,and the summary and analysis after the accident,achieving the requirements of design and actual use.The emergency rescue management system has been applied in the shennan rescue crew.
