Ventilation not only provides sufficient fresh air for underground miners,but also is a basic measure for preventing and controlling various pollution,explosion,and suffocating gases in underground mines.Therefore,the ventilation system plays an important role in the safe production of mines.Mine ventilation systems include elements such as air ducts,fans,and wind control facilities.They are often described as a complex network,and the distribution of air flow in them must be accurately determined by computer software.Especially the metal mine ventilation system not only has a complicated ventilation network,but also has a large number of fans.These characteristics put forward higher requirements for the ventilation network calculation technology.Therefore,in this paper,the method of combining theoretical analysis,calculation deduction,software development and practical application is used to study the multi-level machine station ventilation network calculation technology.Combine with graph theory topology theory to study the basic theory of mine ventilation network solution.The theoretical analysis and calculation examples are used to study the convergence of the Scout-Hengsley method and Newton method for solving the mine ventilation network.Based on ObjectARX visualization technology,the mine multi-level machine station ventilation network calculation software was developed,and the developed software was used to establish the Lilou iron mine multi-level machine station mine ventilation simulation system.The research shows that among the 6 examples used,the results are 1 convergence and 1 non-convergence.It can be seen that the Scaud-Hengsley method solves The performance of the non-convergence of the wind network of the multi-level machine station is more obvious;the results of the six calculation examples using the Newton method are all convergent,and the number of iterations is only 76.9%of the Scaud-Hengsley method.The Newton method is determined as In this paper,the core algorithm of the multi-level machine station wind network calculation technology;the developed multi-level machine station ventilation network calculation software not only realizes the Newton method,but also realizes the visualization of the mine wind network and fan performance curves;using the developed software successfully The multi-level machine station ventilation simulation system of Lilou Iron Mine with 432 branches of 90 fans was established to provide technical support for mine ventilation management.
