In recent years,with the rapid progress of coal related technology research,more and more coal fields have been explored and mined,and the mining volume has increased year by year.Subsequently,more and more coal mines have found hydrogen sulfide anomalies,which has a serious impact on the development process of coal mines and the safety and health of underground workers.In this paper,the 204 working face of Gaojiapu mine is taken as the research object.By using the research methods of field data analysis,theoretical analysis,field experiment,simulation and other means,the existing characteristics of hydrogen sulfide in the original coal seam of Gaojiapu mine are determined,the distribution law of hydrogen sulfide in Gaojiapu mine and the zonal treatment technology are studied,which provides certain reference and guidance for the treatment of hydrogen sulfide in coal mine.Through the drilling cuttings method,the field test is carried out to analyze the hydrogen sulfide content and occurrence characteristics,of the original coal seam in the 4#coal seam of Gaojiapu mine.The results show that the hydrogen sulfide content of the 4#coal seam of Gaojiapu mine is about 2.195×10-3m3/t to 2.704×10-3m3/t;within 40m from the working face,with the increase of the distance from the working face,the hydrogen sulfide content of the original coal seam increases gradually,starting from 40m from the working face,the coal seam The influence of coal mining disturbance is very small,and the content of hydrogen sulfide fluctuates up and down in a certain range.According to the measurement points arranged on site,it is found that in the vertical direction of the working face section,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide decreases gradually with the increase of the height from the bottom plate;in the horizontal direction of the working face section,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide decreases gradually with the increase of the distance from the coal wall of the working face;in the downwind direction of the shearer,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide decreases gradually with the increase of the distance from the shearer Small.By laying bundles and measuring points in the inlet and return air grooves,and starting to extract gas to measure the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the gas when the goaf covers the measuring point,it is found that the concentration of hydrogen sulfide gradually increases with the increase of the depth of the measuring point buried in the goaf,and the concentration in the return air side is higher than that in the inlet air side as a whole.Through ANSYS Fluent simulation and analysis platform,in order to carry out numerical simulation on the migration rule of hydrogen sulfide gushing out of the working face shearer under different ventilation conditions and the diffusion distribution rule of hydrogen sulfide in the goaf,the results show that:the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the working face decreases gradually with the increase of the distance from the shearer,coal wall and bottom plate,and the hydrogen sulfide is released at the shearer when the wind speed of the working face is different The discharge concentration is basically the same,all of which are about 80ppm.With the increase of the wind speed of the working face,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide gradually decreases.With the increase of the distance from the working face,the air inlet side and the roof,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the goaf gradually increases.Within 50m from the working face,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide rarely accumulates,which is about 10ppm.When the distance from the working face is more than 50m,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide begins to accumulate rapidly When the distance from the working face is 150m,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide is about 350ppm.When the distance from the working face is more than 150m,the accumulation of hydrogen sulfide gradually slows down and tends to be stable.Through the field test,the comprehensive treatment technology of hydrogen sulfide,which combines the drilling and alkali injection of coal seam with the spraying of alkali liquid at the working face and return air corner,is used to treat the hydrogen sulfide in 204 working face of Gaojiapu mine,which makes the reduction efficiency of hydrogen sulfide emission from the working face and return air lane reach more than 84%,and the treatment effect is remarkable.
