The permanganate index refers to the equivalent oxygen consumption calculated by calculating the amount of potassium permanganate consumed after the high-temperature oxidation reaction of potassium permanganate by the inorganic oxidizable substance and organic oxidizable substance in water,which is a measure of the degree of water pollution Important indicators.At the same time,the permanganate index is one of the main pollution indicators in the statistics of the national surface water pollution index over the years,so it is of great significance for the determination of the surface water permanganate index.In response to the current measurement requirements of surface water permanganate index and the current status and problems of monitoring equipment,based on sequential injection technology and spectroscopy,an online monitoring system for water quality permanganate index was designed through robot-assisted technology to complete the water quality manganese index.Completed the automatic determination of water quality permanganate index.The main work of this article includes the following aspects:1. Analyze the research status of micro-control technology and sequential injection method,determine the content of the measurement work,analyze the application status of robot technology in the field of detection,and discuss the application of robot technology in conjunction with the subject.2. According to the principle of microreagent permanganate monitoring,the experimental platform was built based on sequential injection technology and continuous spectroscopy.The permanganate index detection regression model was established through experiments and least squares to complete the feasibility verification analysis of the subject and further complete the Data collection and analysis of the test results of the experimental platform.3. Completing the design of the prototype: by analyzing the measurement method of the permanganate index,designing the prototype implementation scheme,based on the sequential injection technology and the spectroscopy,multi-channel switching valve and complicated pipeline replaced by robot-assisted structure,designed a water quality permanganate index online monitoring system,and completed the fully automated determination of water quality permanganate index.Adopt a modular design scheme,complete the control of the overall process of the prototype by rationally designing the embedded system,and can monitor the test process and module status in real time,design and layout the prototype mechanical structure to reduce the volume of the structure while ensuring the stable operation of the system.4. Complete the analysis of the influencing factors of permanganate index detection:In view of the many problems existing in the current monitor,analyze the main interference factors in the detection and take corresponding measures,solve the problems of existing products,analyze and establish a regression curve algorithm model,combined with the problems that occurred during the construction of the experimental platform,the construction of the prototype was completed.5. Finally complete the integration and test of the overall system: complete the control of the prototype through the embedded system and test the stability,reliability and accuracy of the overall system.Through analysis of the experimental results,it is concluded that the system is stable during the experiment and can accurately determine the water quality permanganate index.The working curve correction coefficient is 0.99242,the minimum detection limit is 0.1?g·m L-1,and the repeatability is less than or equal to 2.198%.The recovery of spiked samples is between 98.73%and 102.57%,the amount of waste liquid is less than 20m L,and the detection period is 45min,which achieves the design purpose,provides a new idea for surface water detection,and it can also be applied to online water quality testing platforms such as laboratories,station houses and micro-stations.
