The steel industry is the basic pillar of industrial development,the significant field of innovation-driven and supply-side reform,and the key industry for realizing the manufacturing power strategy.In recent years,although the overall environment of the industrial chain,product quality and technological level,and the core competitiveness in the international market of China's steel industry has been improved significantly,there are still many problem,such as serious product homogenization,overcapacity of low-end products,lack of core procedure and technology,insufficient independent innovation ability.Meanwhile,China's steel is facing the domestic and international market environment with strengthened ecological environment protection,increased the production capacity diminishing and the market competition.In this case,steel company urgently need to use the emerging technologies represented by artificial intelligence to eliminate backward processes and equipment,upgrade enterprise's operation mode,and carry out innovative activities along the intelligent manufacturing path for promoting the evolution of enterprise-driven mode toward innovation.Further,internal innovation is one of the key forms of transformation and upgrading of steel companies.Therefore,it is great theoretical and practical significance to research the internal innovation of China's steel enterprise under intelligent manufacturing,with regard to analyzing steel enterprise's internal innovation characteristics,scientifically formulating internal innovation proposal,and landed intelligent manufacturing by government guiding.Based on Baosteel‘s internal innovation,this research abstracted the relationship among steel enterprise internal departments' innovation strategies,and constructed the evolutionary game model from the binary,the ternary to N-yuan entities step by step.Through theoretical and simulation analyzing,the factors and conditions that affect the ideal state of innovation within enterprise were studied.On that,the optimization of internal innovation fund allocation was analyzed from the perspective of investment portfolio.Firstly,focusing on the factors affecting the adoption of steel enterprise's internal innovation strategies,the concepts related to innovation were sorted,including innovation entity,innovation achievement,technological innovation,management innovations,etc.Domestic and foreign research on four major aspects: manufacturing enterprise innovation,steel enterprise innovation,enterprise internal innovation and game theory applied to enterprise innovation were reviewed and summarized.On the basis of analyzing the internal innovation process of enterprise demand-driven,this article explained the key technologies for steel enterprises to realize intelligent manufacturing,and further generalized the innovation strategy space of major internal innovation entities such as procurement and inventory department,design and R&D department,innovation measures involving models,technologies,Innovations in processes and products,etc.Secondly,design and R&D,sales and service are the core links in the transformation of innovation activities' value within steel industry.The former determines the value of innovation output,while the latter directly affects the value conversion rate.In this regard,considering the limited rationality of the innovation entities,the innovation subsidy dominated by the innovation cost was introduced,and the evolutionary game model of the innovation strategy between the R&D department and the sales department was constructed.The evolutionary game phase diagram and balance point stability judgment were used to analyze the evolution of entities' innovation strategy and the balance state regarding game system,and the subsidy policies' simulation experiments under different scenarios were carried out.The research shows that traditional income,innovation cost,“free-riding” income,synergistic innovation revenue growth rate,subsidy coefficient can affect system's stability.At the same time,with the increase of subsidy coefficient,the enterprise overall internal innovation gradually raises from unhealthy state to satisfactory state,and finally to the ideal state.Thirdly,the management department within steel enterprise can not only supervise internal entities' innovation behaviors by means of subsidy and punishment,but also integrate the external resources of enterprises to influence internal innovation,and also carry out the model and the institutional innovation to affect the whole enterprise.For the coordination and support role of the management department in steel enterprise internal innovation,considering the management department cognitive difference on innovation benefit,the game relationship between the management,the R&D and the sales was studied.Further,the solution space corresponding to ideal state in the ternary game system was calculated.The research reveals that the new capital,the new capital allocation and the innovation cost of the management department have positive effects on the internal innovation level.In addition,when the unit level innovation income exceeds a certain threshold,the system sensitivity is reduced.Fourthly,in view of the uncertainty of steel enterprise internal innovation activities output and the time cost of innovation activities,the internal innovation activity was regarded as a ‘snowdrift' on the road of enterprise transformation and upgrading.Then,the multi-person snowdrift model of multi-party collaborative innovation within the enterprise was constructed.Using the method of binomial distribution extracting samples,the implicit solution of equilibrium innovation tendency was derived,and the corresponding numerical solution was calculated by dichotomy.The numerical analysis demonstrates that the larger value of innovation group size,or the greater proportion of waiting cost,the more stable individual innovation tendency.Profit-loss ratio,innovation result's conversion rate,innovation additional income,and proportion of innovation additional income have positive effects on the improvement of internal innovation level.Fifthly,taking into account the innovation fund limitation and innovation activity benefit's risk within the steel industry,internal innovation activities or projects were regarded as risk assets based on the classic mean-variance portfolio theory,and then the article constructed company internal innovation fund allocation optimization model in the pursuit of maximizing innovation capital investment profit,and minimizing revenue risk.Combined with Baosteel's internal innovation historical data,an adaptive weighted particle swarm optimization algorithm(APSO)was used to raise a satisfactory internal innovation fund allocation scheme.Compared with the traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm,the resualt indicates that Baosteel's internal innovation fund allocation is relatively uniform.Meanwhile,APSO performs better in the optimization of innovation fund allocation within steel enterprise.Finally,On the basis of summarizing the important conclusions drawn from this research,combined with Baowu's internal innovation methods and innovation achievements,this paper gave iron and steel enterprise reference suggestions to improve internal innovation level and enhance core competitiveness under the intelligent manufacturing,which also further proves this research's rationality and scientificity.
