Reserch On Value Co-creation Mechanism Of Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Ecosystem Based On Evolutionary Game Theory

The "14th Five-Year Plan for High-Quality Development of Manufacturing Industry" pointed out that intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Intelligent manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing paradigm based on the deep integration of a new generation of information technology and advanced manufacturing technology and driven by open innovation.important way of development.Due to the high investment and high risk of intelligent manufacturing technology,and the change of innovation paradigm has prompted structural changes in the relationship between innovation subjects in the system,the integration and configuration of innovation elements,and the construction of its innovation ecosystem and value co-creation and so on,new challenges have been raised.Therefore,building an intelligent manufacturing innovation ecosystem,clarifying the value co-creation relationship between the main entities in the system,and exploring its value co-creation mechanism under the open innovation paradigm have become urgent issues to be solved to promote the high-quality development of intelligent manufacturing.This paper integrates the theoretical methods of intelligent manufacturing,innovation ecosystem,value co-creation and evolutionary game,combined with the virtual-real integration,platform empowerment,open sharing,resource digitization and networked collaboration presented by the intelligent manufacturing innovation ecosystem under the open innovation paradigm.New features,first of all,build a conceptual model of the intelligent manufacturing innovation ecosystem to describe its system structural elements,analyze the roles and value co-creation relationships of platform institutions,scientific and technological entities and government entities in the system,and analyze market mechanisms and government rules.Manufacturing innovation ecosystem value co-creation model.Secondly,the evolutionary game models of subject value co-creation in different scenarios are respectively constructed,and the evolution and stability strategies are analyzed by replicating dynamic equations to reveal the internal mechanism of value co-creation in the intelligent manufacturing innovation ecosystem.Finally,the results of theoretical analysis are verified by case numerical simulation and simulation analysis,and effective value co-creation mechanisms and countermeasures are proposed.The research shows that:(1)The intelligent manufacturing innovation ecosystem is based on platform institutions,gathering various innovative resource elements,cooperating and interacting with multi-stakeholders such as scientific and technological innovation subjects and the government,and realizing intelligent manufacturing technology through the co-creation of subject value.innovative ecosystem.(2)Digital technology and government empowerment drive platform institutions and science and technology entities to participate in value co-creation.The process of value co-creation is the process of how entities use their own limited resources to obtain higher value benefits through interaction,cooperation and resource integration.(3)Platform data value revenue,default cost,value spillover coefficient,and government innovation subsidies are the key factors that affect the participation of platform institutions and scientific and technological innovation entities in value co-creation.In the context of market mechanisms,excessive default costs and value spillover coefficients are the key factors that determine the ultimate evolution of the value co-creation selection strategy between platform institutions and science and technology entities to a stable state(participation,participation);in the context of government rules,innovation subsidies It can effectively promote the participation of platform institutions and science and technology entities in value co-creation.(4)Based on the research results,this paper designs a value co-creation mechanism for resource integration and optimization,cooperative trust,benefit distribution,overall coordination,and subject cultivation and incentives.This paper starts from the perspective of open innovation of the innovation ecosystem,expands the theoretical boundary and scope of application of intelligent manufacturing in the research content,and enriches the existing theoretical research results of innovation ecosystem and value co-creation;Evolutionary game theory and case numerical simulation analysis,explore the value co-creation income and evolution equilibrium state of the main body under different conditions,and design a value cocreation mechanism,which provides a certain theoretical reference value for effectively promoting the intelligent manufacturing innovation ecosystem to realize value cocreation.and policy recommendations.
