With the reform of China's import waste management system,China has gradually banned the import of waste paper from abroad.Imported waste paper pulp that meets the standards has become an important supply of papermaking raw materials,and it is particularly important to improve the quality standards of imported waste paper pulp.The chemicals introduced in the production and use of paper will affect the quality of waste paper pulp,and there are few studies on the control indicators of pollutants in imported waste paper pulp.In order to reduce the environmental risk caused by waste paper pulp,this study takes imported waste paper as the object,screens the characteristic pollutants in waste paper and analyzes their concentrations,determines the main pollution generation stage of waste paper regeneration and simulates in the laboratory to clarify Characteristic pollutant concentration and migration and transformation rules provide suggestions for improving the pollutant indicators of imported waste paper pulp quality standards.?1?Imported waste paper features pollutants and pollution features.According to the literature,the main pollutants of imported waste paper were heavy metals?Cr,As,Cd,Hg,Pb?,PAEs,AOX,PCBs and PCDD/Fs and their concentrations were analyzed.The heavy metal concentrations of samples 1#,2#,and 3#were 21.6,30.1,and 40.4 mg/kg,?₆PAEs were27.9,15.4,17.3 mg/kg,respectively,and AOX concentrations were 39.2,45.4,67.7 mg/kg,PCDD/Fs concentrations were 3.42,61.2,159 ng/kg,indicative PCBs concentrations were424,643,1659 ng/kg,dl-PCBs concentrations were 28.4,110,93.1 ng/kg,PCBs and PCDD/Fs concentrations was low,final determination of heavy metals,PAEs,AOX as characteristic pollutants.?2?Import waste paper pulping process characteristics of pollution features.The crushed pulp was the main pollution generation stage of the 1#sample regeneration process.The concentrations of heavy metals,?₆PAEs and AOX in the pulped pulp were 17.8,9.65 and12.9 mg/kg,respectively.The main pollution generation stages of samples 2#and 3#were pulping,deinking,and bleaching.The concentration of heavy metals in pulping,deinking,and bleaching of sample 2#were 26.0,17.8,and 15.4 mg/kg,respectively.?₆PAEs concentrations were 4.01,2.95,1.45 mg/kg,and AOX concentrations were 34.2,29.6,and26.2 mg/kg,respectively.In the pulp of sample 3#in these three stages,the concentration of heavy metals were 33.4,26.5,and 20.3 mg/kg,the concentration of?₆PAEs were 5.72,4.57,and 3.25 mg/kg,and the concentration of AOX was 46.4,38.7,and 37.1 mg/kg,respectively.In the waste water generated by all three samples in all stages,the DBP concentration in Hg and PAEs were higher than the comprehensive wastewater discharge standard,and the AOX concentration was lower than the water pollutant discharge standard for the pulp and paper industry.?3?The effect of blending ratio on migration and pollution features in the process of imported waste paper pulping.The inclusion rate of the 4#sample was 4.52%,and the 1#and4#samples were blended according to the mass ratio of 1:0,0.8:0.2,0.6:0.4 to obtain 3samples with different ratios,and the inclusion rates were<0.5%,0.9%,1.8%,respectively,heavy metal concentrations were 21.6,26.4,and 27.3 mg/kg,?₆PAEs concentrations were27.9,30.5,and 34.0 mg/kg,and AOX concentrations were 19.2,22.4,and 23.0 mg/kg,respectively.The main pollution generation stage of this type of waste paper pulping was the pulping stage.The concentration of heavy metals in the pulp samples of the three ratios was17.8,19.6,and 17.6 mg/kg,and the concentration of?₆PAEs was 9.65,9.75,and 15.4 mg/kg,respectively.AOX The concentration was 12.9,14.3,13.6 mg/kg.The characteristics of pollutant concentration in pulp wastewater are the same as those in?2?pollutants in wastewater.The results of the study showed that the current standard"the percentage of general inclusions in imported waste paper is less than 0.5%"can effectively control the quality of waste paper raw materials and help reduce pollutants at the source.It should be strictly implemented in accordance with the standard,and it is recommended to revise the recycled pulp standard add heavy metals,PAEs,AOX in the pulp as control indicators to obtain high-quality imported pulp raw materials...
