Study On Environmental Impactassessment And Countermeasures Of Imported Waste Paper Instead Of Paper Making

Imported waste paper while easing the problem of shortage of raw materials for papermaking industry development in our country,but there imported waste paper entrainment exceeds bid,the problems such as nonstandard processing procedures,has a high risk of environmental pollution,should strictly restrict imports.In order to meet the development needs of China's paper industry,the paper studies the substitution countermeasures of imported waste paper.The pollutant emission,resource and energy consumption of waste paper pulp and paper,wood and non-wood pulp and paper were respectively studied.It is found that waste paper pulp and paper has obvious advantages in reducing pollutant emission,saving resources and energy.Imported waste paper was studied the environment influence,the study found that imported waste paper had entrainment paint,processing and use of process specification,carrying toxic and harmful substances,etc.harmful to human health and the national ecological environment security in our country.Studied the situation of waste generation and recycling in China,found that the waste paper recycling,and most are not recommended by establishing mandatory industry classification standard,establish fund subsidy system,establishing the Courier wrapping paper recycling waste paper recovery.This paper studies the import situation of wood pulp in China and the influence of the reform system of import waste paper on the industry.This paper studies the situation of non-timber resources in China and suggests the reasonable development of bamboo paper making and straw paper making.It is found that the above measures can supplement the raw material gap and replace the imported waste paper and paper.
