Three-coordinate measuring technology had always been an important way to control the quality of products.Increasingly,the demand for digital inspection process planning technology.The information technology integrated with three-coordinate measuring machines.Hence,an intelligent MBD-based three-coordinate measuring process planning system was designed to solve the problems as lagging method of inspection informationf transmission,rigidity of sampling strategy and low efficiency of inspection process planning.Researched intelligent inspection process planning technology.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Researched the information management technology of coordinate measurement.Integrated the design and manufacturing information with the inspection information in order to extract the inspection information from the MBD model quickly.Then created the inspection information model to describe the nature of various types of inspection information.Expressed the correlation between the inspection information by mathematical model and managed the inspection information uniformly(2)Aiming at the problem of fixed sampling strategy,researched intelligent three-coordinate inspection process planning technology.Summarized several sampling strategies commonly used for the elements in marine diesel engines,then analyzed the factors that affect the sampling strategy according to the characteristics of the elements to be measured.Used neural network algorithm to describe the implicit relationship between the elements to be tested and the sampling strategy,choosing sampling strategy for elements intelligently.(3)Aiming at the technical requirements of detection path optimization,an intelligent method of inspection path plan was proposed.Grouped the inspection features according to the principle of inspection path planning and multicolor set theory.Planned the global inspection path quickly based on feature grouping,and nested the ant colony algorithm between the global and local path planning.Then optimized the internal inspection points of the elements based on the global path,and verified the effectiveness of the method by the application of examples.(4)Using C++ to develop intelligent inspection planning software system in NX software,which can extraction and management of three-dimensional inspection information.The system can also realize intelligent inspection planning in inspection environment of NX to obtain the distribution of the inspection points inside the elements and the detection path trajectory of the parts,generating DMIS program automatically.Using this system may improve the intelligent level of inspection process planning.
