Composite pressure vessel is a kind of pressure vessel manufactured with a certain process using composite materials as the main material.As the main storage pressure structure,composite pressure vessel is widely used in petrochemical,metallurgical,mechanical and other fields.With the development of production industry and the improvement of production efficiency,the quality requirements for composite pressure vessels have become higher and higher,and high strength and light weight have become the mainstream of development.In actual production,it is necessary to design the composite pressure vessel that meets the requirements according to the given design standards and raw materials.In this paper,based on the theory of composite laminates mechanics and the requirements of design standards,a cross-sectional design method of composite pressure vessel is proposed.Its correctness is verified by the finite element simulation analysis software ABAQUS,and the optimization analysis is carried out under the existing conditions.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:Study the types and selection methods of filament winding reinforced materials for composite pressure vessel,and study the mechanical properties of resin matrix and lining materials.Analyze the theory of laminate,analyze the grid theory,thin film theory and thin wall sleeve theory of composite material pressure vessel.According to the design goals,the cross-sectional structure of composite pressure vessel is designed.This paper analyzes the general structure and material characteristics of composite pressure vessel,studies the inner lining layer,head and filament winding layer respectively,summarizes and puts forward the general applicable formula,and designs the detailed section size parameters and winding layers of composite pressure vessel.Use the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to establish the designed pressure vessel model and analyze the burst failure.According to the burst pressure analysis method,the composite material pressure vessel is divided into two parts: the inner lining layer and the filament winding layer.According to the material characteristics,the stress and strain analysis under various working conditions of the pressure vessel are carried out,combined with the failure criterion to determine the minimum burst pressure qualified.Under the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the composite pressure vessel,the optimal analysis of self-tightening stress is carried out according to the standard,and the most reasonable value range of self-tightening stress is obtained.Study the fatigue theory of the inner lining layer and the fiber winding layer separately,and use the finite element method to calculate the natural frequency of the composite pressure vessel.Study the fatigue failure analysis method of composite pressure vessel,carry out the fatigue analysis of the given fatigue times on the finite element model.The result is qualified,and the designed pressure vessel meets the requirements.
